Chap. 34 { Sign The Papers.. }

2 Weeks Later...
-{ TEYANA POV }-

I sat Carter down in my lap and he started whining reaching for Chris. I sighed and Chris happily took him kissing him and Carter smiled sitting up and playing with Chris's beard.

I'm hella nervous to be here. I'm more nervous to give August these papers cause i know it's going to hurt him. After today, he won't be seeing Carter ever again.

It's probably going to rip his heart because over the few months we've been coming see him, him and Carter have built a little bond.

You could see Carter's little face light up when he sees August come to the table.

"Hey, you good?" Chris asked snapping me out my thoughts rubbing my thigh.

"Chris I'm scared," I whispered staring at the paper in front of us. We had the paper already in August's spot with a pen.

"It's going to be quick beautiful, don't worry." He kissed my cheek. Carter screamed looking at Chris. We both laughed.

"Tell him baby. Don't be kissing my mommy!" She smile kissing Carter and he cheesed.

"No he wants me to kiss him huh?"

The door opened and we both looked seeing August coming in with his officer, Henry.

"Oh shit.." I said. My heart was literally beating out my chest.

When they walked in and August had a smile on his face. But when he looked our way, his smile immediately dropped. I felt my palms get sweaty by the second.

-{ AUGUST POV }-

I couldn't wait to see my son. Everyone I see Carter I forget I'm even in here. He makes me so happy and makes me want to do better in my life.

When I get out here, I know I'm going to have to change for the sake of my son. I can't be that old August I was. I have to now be a role model for someone.

And that's what I'm really planning on becoming a better man for my son.

When we walked in the visitation room and I looked at the table, my smile immediately dropped.

I seen Teyana, Carter, and Chris. He was holding my son.

I sighed watching Henry take off the cuffs. "What the hell is he doing here?" I asked Henry.

He glanced that way then back at me, "What? You don't want to see him? You wanna go back to the back and miss out seeing your son? Just ignore him!" He whispered back to me.

I walked to the table pulling on my goatee. Carter seen me and smiled and begin bouncing in Chris's lap. I went to take him but Chris stopped me.

"Bruh, I can't hold my son?" I asked him.

"August.." Teyana said.
