| TEYANA POV |

"Well, how did it go?" Chris asked as I got in the bed with Carter in my arms. He crawled off of me and climbed under Chris like a baby bear under his papa bear.

So cute.

"It didn't fohag bad. Besides his cocky ass attitude, it didn't go too bad. He accepted the deal. Hopefully, he wasn't just talking just to talk. If he actually tries some shit, I'm reporting him to the cops. He changed his complete look and all." I explained.

"Might as well report him. Now I gotta have more people with me Nd stay strapped again cause niggas like him wanna play around." He said playing with Carter's hair.

"Yeah, and he wants Carter this weekend. And he said when I come over to drop him off, I have to be alone." I said.

Chris frowned shaking his head. "Uh, lets not forget he's Carter's father, not yours." He said and I nodded agreeing. "He only said that cause he know ima come. Ion give a damn, I'm coming weather he likes it or not."

"Chris -"

"Nope. Ion even wanna hear it. He gonna try some shit on you Teyana! What you think one of the guys gonna protect ya ass? That's dead! I'm coming and he not stopping me. Who knows, he might try to take y'all again. Then what?"I looked away at my computer. "Just want to protect y'all. This nigga don't scare babe." He said touching my leg.

"Yeah, you think I don't know that?" I laughed, making him laugh.

"How did Carter react to him?"

"No reaction. He said Dada once and August was like "oh yeah he remembers me" like nigga shut up. You ain't the Dada he's referring to." I said and Chris laughed kissing Carter. He was dozing off right between us.

"He ain't gonna wanna stay with a nigga he don't know."

"Yea but I'm only doing it so he can stay away from us." I said and he shrugged.

"I'll see how it goes." Chris said. "You might want to go put him in his own bed before he gets too comfortable, and not want to move." Chris said. I looked over and Carter was knocked out under him. I laughed a little carefully picking him up. He whined until I laid him on me and patted his back.

After laying him in his crib, I checked on the other kids. Everyone was sleep.

I walked downstairs getting me a bag of chips and a water bottle then went back upstairs to the bedroom. When I walked inside, Chris was taking off his briefs.

"Chris what the hell are you doing?" I said laughing while closing the door making my way to the bed.!

"You know what I'm doing. Might as put this to the side and join me." He smirked taking my snacks out my hand throwing them onto the floor and pulled me in bed.

"But I'm tired!" I whined.

He smacked his lips. "Teyana we lying now? If you was really tired, you wouldn't be about to eat some damn chips. Stop playing." He said.

"Okay you got a point. But only 2 hours, then I'm going to sleep. Have to get up early." I said taking off my shirt and Chris took off my underwear.

"Mhm, we'll see."
