Chapter 4, The clock goes forward...

Years later....

*No one's POV*

It was difficult for him, having to pretend to be normal around everyone. His best friend seems to be able to do it but for some reason he couldn't nail it. The red head chased him down after the school day had ended, they had planned to go out for their dinner. "Hey, Yoongi!! Are you even listening to me?"

The white haired male turned to the red head who was tailing him. He sighed as he slowed his pace down letting him catch up. 

"Can my cousin come along? His date cancelled on him and he's depressed," the red head said and this Yoongi person just nodded his head not having it in him to say no. The red head jumped on his friend and nuzzled his face into his neck. "Thank you~~~ You're the best!!" 

"Yeah, now get off me before you get tossed into the water fountain," Yoongi said and his friend jumped off. 

"Jungkookie!!!" a girl screamed and ran up the red head. A few more girls walked up to him and Yoongi rolled his eyes. They were his fan club. "Have you heard of the new transfer students? There is about forty of them coming in!!" 

Yoongi hated it, the school was too full of annoying people and now more were joining? Just sounds like more people to follow his friend around.  

Jungkook shook his head, not hearing this as the girls admitted that they over heard the head master speaking of accepting these students, saying that they were some who were 'troubled'. Once telling the pair and trying to feel Jungkook's muscles, they ran off giggling and saying they couldn't wait for gym tomorrow morning. 

"I am so glad you never turned out to be a fuck boy, because literally every single girl is thirsty for you," Yoongi said as Jungkook held his hand.

"Yeah well, instead of becoming a fuck boy. I became a gay boy!" Jungkook yelled out, gaining a few weird looks from passerby's. "I'm kinda interested in these new people, they might actually be good unlike the last group we had."

"Couldn't agree more brother," Yoongi said swinging their hands back and fourth. Before they were going out for dinner, they agreed to go to their homes and change out of their uniforms. Yoongi had to walk through a small forest, and loved it as the birds would always make it not silent. 

Squirrels ran across his way a lot, he snickered to himself seeing them in pairs and just living life. He was about to put his headphones on, until he heard a small whimper from something in a bush. Stopping in his tracks, he moved to the bush, it sounded like some sort of animal. 

When he moved it to see, he couldn't believe in what he saw. A beautiful white fox was struggling in a trap that had it's back paw trapped. It's fur was slightly dirt and it's tail had some blood on it.

Yoongi tried to get close without making a sound, but the sound of a stick snapping made the creature look to him and snarl. "Hey hey shhh. It's fine I'm gonna help you," Yoongi whispered and tried to move it's tail.

The fox snapped at him, Yoongi didn't know how to help it. But he didn't want to leave it. Fox hunting was illegal, but it didn't stop some people from killing the scared animals. Yoongi took off his jacket, and gently placed it on the foxes head. It started to cry more and more as it thrashed around. 

Grabbing it's tail gently, he moved it and saw the trap. It was a simple one, the fox must of not seen it. He grabbed the two sides of it and started to pull. It was loosening on the leg of the fox, it had stopped thrashing around.  By the time he had gotten the trap off, the fox jumped away but laid on the floor.

Yoongi took the jacket off it's face, seeing it licking it's paw that was stuck. 

"Where the hell is that trap?" Yoongi heard and crouched down more. "I could've sworn I heard it had caught something."

"I think it's more up a head, we need to hurry before it somehow get outs," another man said and footsteps went away. The fox tried to get up, but it failed and stayed on the ground.

"Hey, little guy. I can take you somewhere safe and help you heal," Yoongi said and got up walking slowly to the fox. "Please trust me, I won't hurt you."

The fox didn't react as Yoongi reached out to it, scooping it up and covering it up in his jacket which was sure to be covered in it's blood. He ran home, he lived by himself as he parents walked away from him when he was young. He opened the door and placed the fox on a spare chair he had.

He went upstairs to his room and grabbed a scarf returning to the fox and looking at it's paw. It had stop bleeding so he grabbed a cloth and wet it, cleaning it and watching the fox who was watching him. Once done, he put the scarf to the side and watched as it started to fall asleep on the chair.

Yoongi smiled and let it sleep, he getting up and found a cover putting it over the fox. He knew that he had to go out for dinner, but refused to leave this poor creature alone so he got his phone out and called Jungkook.

"Hey what's up Yoongle boongle?" Jungkook asked as Yoongi got his laptop out on the counter. 

"I have a slight issue, I can't go out for dinner," Yoongi said as he loaded up and google and began to type in,

'What do foxes eat?'

"Whaaaaaat come on dude, don't do this to me. I may love my cousin but he's more of a pain in the ass then me!!" Jungkook yelled and Yoongi heard a slap in the background. "Ughhh fine, but you owe us big time alright?" 

Yoongi agreed and said bye, hanging up the phone and looking out the window. The light sky was starting to turn dark as the hours now flew by. While the t.v was on, he heard a sound come from the chair and looked seeing the fox waking up and stretched out. 

He read online that giving raw meat to a fox was alright, so he got up and went to his fridge. He got a few slices of ham and placed it on a plate and in front of the fox. 

It sniffed the meat in front of it and looked at the human. Yoongi smiled at it and the fox ate one slice. After a little bit it had finished the plate in seconds. "Wow, I guess you were hungry little guy," Yoongi laughed moving the plate to a table and watching the fox. "You know, you're colour is very rare. That makes you special."

Yoongi reached out his hand, the fox snarled at him at first but hid it's fangs and let Yoongi touch him. 

'So fluffy....'

"We need to give you a wash, you're fur to too nice to be covered in dirt," Yoongi said and got up. He looked out the window and out to the trees, and for a few seconds he could've sworn he saw something. 

A pair of yellow eyes were staring into his house but they disappeared too fast. He shook it off as he went to his bathroom and turned on the water. He always wanted a pet, but never thought he would spend a day looking after a white fox.

So Yoongi and Jungkook have now entered the picture. And what's the deal with the fox?

Who are these new students?

What were those eyes?
