It's the starting season of the new school year.
I am now at my first year in higher school. We just moved here last month, a week after my graduation.
New faces, and new environment.
I sighed. Mukhang mahihirapan pa akong mag-adjust nito.
"Hmm," I looked around, thinking if I could have new friends easily.
They looked like they knew each other. Malamang, mukhang magkakaklase o kung hindi man, mag-schoolmate ang mga ito.
I am an ambivert. A mix of intro and extro. You know, the one who doesn't have friends easily. I liked crowds, and at the same time, I don't like unnecessary noises. People often say, I seem 'maldita' at first, but my friends know it's not true. I'm not the type to approach first. Nahihiya lang kasi ako.
At oo, may hiya ako.
Hay, I miss my friends. "Why do we have to transfer here kasi," I mumbled as I seat on a spot near the window.
Well, typical spot for loners like me.
Ang ingay ng klase, dahil na rin siguro magkakakilala ang karamihan dito. Kaunti lang ang nakikita kong katulad kong kung hindi nakatulala, ay mag-isang nag-ce-cellphone o natutulog. Natyempo pang hiniram ng kuya ko ang phone ko dahil nawala nya ang kanya.
Nakakainis, why do I have to atone for his kashungahan?
Back when I was still studying in Manila, I was sort of the famous girl. Mostly because my family is a major sponsor of our school. Also, one is because of my brother. Maraming nakikipag-kaibigan sa akin dahil gusto nilang ilakad ko sila sa kuya ko.
"Hey, Eren, ilakad mo naman kami sa kuya mo, oh."
"Your kuya Finnel is so haaawt!"
Psh, kung hindi lang siguro mas bata ang mga 'yon sa kuya ko, pinatos na niya 'yon.

He's four years older than me. Despite the age gap, we are super close. Wala din naman kaming choice, magkapatid kami eh.
Dahil na nga din sa age gap, he's kinda strict to suitors. Sobrang protective niya. One time, a suitor approached me at the waiting area. Malas niya, kuya ko ang nagsundo sa akin that time.
"You little shit," Nilapitan ni kuya ang kawawang manliligaw ko at mahinang tinulak. "Tuli ka na ba para manligaw-ligaw sa kapatid ko, ha?!"
Starting then, many guys started avoiding me. Meron pa ring ibang sumusubok pero sa tuwing nalalaman nila ang tungkol sa kuya ko, naduduwag lang din.
