Chapter 5

Chase pov:

I walked out of my room. I went downstairs to grab at late lunch since it was 2:00. Tony and Nick were hanging out a the kitchen counter talking.

"Hey guys. What are you talking about? hmm?"I asked teasing them.

"Bro, chill." Tony said laughing. Nick looked embarrassed.

I walked over to the sink and heard Nick whisper something to Alex who was now over at the counter as well.

"What are you guys whispering about?" I asked super confused.

"Oh nothing." Alex said. I could tell they were hiding something.

"Okay, whatever you say." I said suspicious of there plans.

Charli pov:

We got off the plane and Dixie froze. She started squealing.

"What Dixie?" I asked. And then I saw them. Addison, and Avani were standing there with Dunkin iced coffees in their hands.

"Oh my gosh Addi!" Dixie practically yelled. "Avani you came to! OMG!" Dixie yelled again.

We both rushed up to them and gave the, hugs. Addison handed me an iced coffee.

"You know me so well." I said smiling so wide.

Avani and Addison helped us handle our luggage to the Uber. We climbed in and headed to the Hype House.

We talked and giggled all the way there. I opened the car door and got out. I felt so happy I could literally just cry.

Everyone greeted us and gave us hugs.

"Hey um, where is Chase?" I asked.

"He is taking a nap in his room." Nick said smiling.

"Alright. I'm going to go head up there and surprise him! I'll see you guys soon!"

I walked up the stairs slowly. My heart was beating so fast. I had been waiting for this moment. The moment I could go up to him and cuddle him and give him kisses.

I opened the door to his room and there he was. Snuggled up in his bed his face squished against the pillow. It was the cutest sight.

I put my knee on the bed and wrapped my arms around him. I kissed his forehead lightly.

He wiggled around and stretched his arms. Opening his eyes slowly and then he said "Charls? Is that you?"

"Yes baby, it's me. Surprise!"

He turned on his side and wrapped his arms around me. He gave me multiple little kisses on my cheek.

"I missed you so much baby. How are you here?"

"My parents got Dixie and I plane tickets to stay here for a little while. They said they thought it would be nice for us to hangout with our friends."

We laid there cuddling and giving each other little kisses on our foreheads. This was my idea of the perfect afternoon.
