Chapter 19

Charli pov:

"Hey Chase?" I asked.

He pulled out the ear bud that was in his ear.

"Yeah baby?" He responded.

"You really don't want them to know, do you?"

"Who? Wait what are you talking about?" He asked with a concerned look on his face.

"At the airport. You pulled your hand away so the little girl wouldn't see."

"Whoa! Baby slow down. I didn't pull my hand away so she wouldn't see. I pulled my hand away so I could give her a hug. Charli I am so proud you are mine. I love you."

"Aw Chasey. That means so much to me. I hope you realize that I love you to."

"Charli. As I said on my 18th birthday the world really changed for you and me both. I'll never regret it. I'll never regret you."

"Well that's perfect cause, I'll never regret you either." I said looking into his dreamy and loving eyes.

The plane had landed and Chase and I were still holding hands. He was asleep so I kissed him on the cheek to let him know we had to get off.

He squeezed my hand and kissed my lips softly. We walked off the plane, into the airport. When we got to the main part of the airport we saw my parents with a sign saying "Welcome home."

Dixie and Griffin were behind Chase and I and Dixie started running to my parents.

"We missed you girls!" They said in unison.

"Welcome Chase and Griffin!" My mom said.

"Thank you Mrs. D'amileo!" Chase said sweetly. He was so adorable.

My dad grabbed my duffel bag since I already had 2 suitcases.

"How about Heidi and I go bring your stuff to the car while you get something from the food court?" My dad asked and my mom nodded her head.

Chase pov:

I got a little nervous around Heidi and Mark because I loved Charli so much and didn't want them to think I was bad for her in any way. But they were always so kind I was starting to relax a little.

Charli and I decided to grab some chicken fingers and fries. I told her she could get whatever she wanted but she said "I want whatever my beautiful boyfriend Chase is getting."

I couldn't stand how cute and gorgeous she was, so right there I leaned forward and kissed her.

"Chasey... later?" She asked. I knew she was right.

We were in line to get lunch and I pulled her in closer to me by her waist. She rested her head on my shoulder.

We ordered our food to-go and started walking to go outside when someone tapped my shoulder. I turned around and Griffin and Dixie were there with salads in hand.

"Nice choice!" I said smiling.

We all walked out to the car and hopped in because they were waiting by the entrance for us.

I held Charli's hand the entire way to her house. All I knew is that I loved this girl and I would fight with all I've got to keep her happy.
