Okay, so I was tricking you, but you would've known anyway ;)

---

I was leaning against a wall when I woke up. I guess I fell asleep after a long day. But I had an aching headache. I heard footsteps running that were gradually getting louder. Were they coming towards me? Sure enough, around the corner came two guys with familiar faces.

"What do you want?" I groaned as I struggled, but managed to get up.

"Chandler, we've been looking everywhere for you!" Joey and Ross were puffing, and gave me a hand of standing up.

"You look like a homeless person!" Joey shrieked. "Just please, come home with us and get washed up?"

I sighed. Well I might as well go, there was nothing for me to lose - except for Monica.

We started walking and Ross patted me on the back, coaxing for me to go.

"Hey, um, can I see that note again? There must be something wrong with it." I nodded and pursed my lips. I knew that it was a joke, and it wouldn't matter what I did, everything wouldn't work and was just plain rubbish. But reluctantly, I reached down my pocket and handed it to him.

"Let's go back to the first step. Make people remember you. Wait a second, it says people, not just friends…"

"What?!" If I was sitting down, I would have stood up so fast that I would've gotten a head rush and the chair would've fallen down. "Everyone?! How in the world am I supposed to do that?"

"Well…" They seemed like they were trying to think of something, but I knew that they didn't know and were lost for words.

"Exactly."

"And then the second step to this is that you have to put everything back to normal…" His voice faded as he read the last couple of words, knowing that this was even more worse than the first.

"Oh my God… I have to put everything the way they were?" I replied with a shocked face. "As in meet everyone I have met before and do everything…"

I started panicking. How on earth am I supposed to put everything back to normal for 10 years' time? And just in a few days? Well not a few days, at least I didn't have a time limit but how am I supposed to… I'm going to be stuck here forever, chasing up with everyone. I really hope that I don't have to do this. I mean this note was a joke right? So why bother? But then again, I don't want to try in about 10 years; time and find out that it actually did work.

As you can tell, I had way too many thoughts running through my head.

"Chandler, just think about it." Um, I think I already did. "Doesn't that mean that a whole lot of things depended on you?" Joey shook his head and looked at the ground. "I mean, you're the chosen one! Without you, a lot of things wouldn't have happened!"

I nodded my head slowly. I guess that was true. And it was one of the wise sayings of Joey that I've ever heard him say. "Yeah… yeah, I suppose so."

"Hey, look at this. You've done the last step which is to put us on the couch!" Joey laughed and pointed at me. "You did the last step first!"

I glared at him the most iciest I've ever given him and his laughter died away.

"Look man, I think the best thing for you to do is to get a job. You say that you're going to be here for quite a while so you might as well get income." Ross put his hand on my right shoulder.

I nodded and my head perked up. "I might find Doug!"

"Doug?"

"Yeah, you know, my boss…" I started, but all I received was just confused nods. "He was the one that kept on slapping me on the bu-" I just realised that they didn't forget who he was, but they just don't know who he is. Right. I should have realised that a long time ago. I looked down the entire way back to our apartment.
