I smile, I laugh when I'm with you,
I cry, I bleed because of you too,
Late night talks and endless spirals,
Tears that had been spent on denials.
Being locked up in this place,
Agony and love can't just fade,
Vague and unclear feelings please be true,
Don't leave my heart in rue.
To leap or back down from this void called love,
To hold on or let go of those loving hands,
To drop the curtain and stop the act,
To reveal the truth and say the facts.
You see this heart as unruly and wild,
That wavers and changes in the speed of light,
But it is as still, and unburning as the stars above,
An endless melody that sings your name aloud.
