I can't really say na expert na ako sa relationship or boys. My only relationship lasts for a few months and I can't really count that as an experience. Pagdating naman sa flirting, mas lalong wala akong alam dun. Part of the reason why I never had a new relationship is because, well.... my looks. I look average. Compared to Eve and Mirianne, mas pansinin talaga sila sa 'kin. There were times na yes, I admit, I feel insecure about myself. Real talk lang, guys often will look at your physique. If di ka maganda sa paningin nila, malabo nang kilalanin ka nila. Talk about beauty is what's inside.

Kahit madilim sa loob ng cinema house, alam kong nakatingin pa din sya sakin. Since di ko alam anung isasagot ko sa sinabi nya, I decided to keep mum about it. I looked at the screen and tried to grasp anu na nangyayari sa movie pero wala na akong naintindihan. How can I, when paulit ulit kong naiisip how he stared at me telling me those words. Is he trying to flirt with me? Eh di nga nya ko pinapansin kanina. He always just talk to the others at kahit tumitingin sya sa direction ko, I know it is just kasama naman talaga ako sa grupo.

Why does he want to sit beside me? What's with the look he gave me nung sinabi nya yun? And why am I nervous? Kanina abnormal na talaga ang heart beat ko kasi, well... I think I am having a crush on him. Pero yun lang yun. Di naman seryoso or malalim kasi, of course, I just met the guy and di ko naman talaga sya kilala pa. Pleasant lang talaga sya sa mata. Not super eye candy and he looks average pero may dating sya for me. Weird as it is, pero malakas ang dating sakin ng mga chinito. Nagstart siguro to sa fascination ko kay Hua Ze Lei ng meteor garden, yung original version.

Finally, natapos na ang movie and us girls went to the restroom first. There are less people here sa CR sa cinema compared sa labas. Paglabas ko, Mirianne and Kelvin are talking again. Kung titingnan mo sila, mukha silang couple din. Napapaisip na naman tuloy ako sa nangyari kanina. He may be joking or wala naman talagang meaning yung sinabi nya? But why do I feel disappointed?

Eve saw me walking towards them. "Mary, we decided to drink a little. Alam naman naming di ka umiinom but you can still join us. They serve burgers din sa bar na pupuntahan natin so, game ka?" Eve said.

Ever since di talaga ako umiinom. I really don't understand kung anu masarap sa alak. For me mapait sya so anung masarap dun? I am not against alcohol, di ko lang talaga sya gusto. Sumasama din naman ako sa mga friends ko if nagiinom sila and luckily di naman nila ako pinipilit uminom. Well, di rin naman talaga ako papapilit. I am happy to be friends with people who respects my choices and ganun din naman ako sa kanila. This time though, wala ako sa mood sumama.

"Uh, hindi na. Bale uwi nalang ako. I still need to do something sa bahay." That's a lie! Wala talaga akong gagawin pero ayoko na lang ding sumama kasi aside from feeling ko fifth wheel na ko sa kanila, ayoko na lang din makasama pa si Kelvin. Di talaga ako comfortable sa kanya.

He glanced my way nung sinabi ko na di na ko sasama. His lips rose as if trying to smile. Or was that a smirk?

"Nagbook na din ako ng grab so I'll be okay. All of you can go to the place where you'll drink tonight. Enjoy kayo." I added and smiled to my friends. I also kissed Eve and Mirianne and say my goodbyes to Ron. Infairness to Eve's boyfriend, he really tried na pakisamahan kami ni Mirianne. If they will be together for a long time, I guess need na naming masanay sa presence ng isa't isa. I glanced at Kelvin's direction para magpaalam din.

"Sige, uhm... una na 'ko. Nice meeting you, Kelvin." I tried to sound like I am not nervous at all kahit ang totoo kinakabahan talaga ako sa kanya. Just like kanina, he just nodded his head to acknowledge my goodbye.

"Ingat ka, Mary. Send us a message sa group chat pag nakauwi ka na. Also, send us yung plate number ng grab car na sasakyan mo" ang sabi ni Mirianne sakin. I nodded and hugged her again. I also hugged Eve and went on my way sa exit kung san ako maghihintay for my ride.

While waiting, I fished my phone from my bag and just looked at the notifications. I had some few messages in my messenger but the notification on my IG was the one that took my attention the most. Someone followed me on IG and when I opened it, it was him.

It was Kelvin.
