Ethan's mind worked in a weird way.He couldn't care less about the people he passed by, but somehow, he ended up helping the blonde girl outside standing outside the coffee shop. He couldn't figure out why. There was simply no explanation for it.
From the scowl that the girl had on her face, he gathered that she wasn't a big fan of the rain. She had golden hair and warm, brown eyes. She wore a bright yellow outfit with floral prints on it. She looked like she didn't belong in that rainy picture.
Ethan gave her his umbrella, the black one. It didn't suit the girl, in his opinion.
"Tha-thank you." She said, taking the umbrella from him.
Heard of electric sparks running through your body when you make contact with a person? Ethan had, and he had felt the electricity.
As if it were a clichéd romance movie, lightning flashed in the background and thunder boomed.
Thunder.
For a second, he wasn't aware of the thunder in the distance. There was thunderstorm brewing in his own heart, and he was hyper-aware of that.
