Chapter 2
In the morning she found Micah sitting in one of the chairs in the classroom she sits beside her.
“Hi! Good Morning.” she cheerfully greats her friend.
“Hello Jo” Micah greats back at her.
They both started talking about their plan for the weekend. They go places on weekends whether it is on nearby beaches or resorts as long as they tag along Greg her neighbor his twenty-four years old and nice to be with. He is a cool guy they had known each other since Greg’s family moved in the neighborhood a few years ago.
Some of their classmates have entered the room so they decided to break their conversation and just wait for the teacher to arrive. She was looking inside her bag in search for her notebook and pen when Micah suddenly poked her face to look at her.
”OMG! Girl look who just entered the room!” Micah whispered to her but still staring at the guy who just entered the room.
She looked at the direction of Micah’s stare and was shocked.
Paul entered their classroom and sat at the far end of the room. He being there would just have to mean that he was going to be their classmate.
Speechless and still in shock Johanna diverted her attention on her bag once again trying to focus and put Paul behind her mind.
Their other friends arrived and looked at Paul and then at Johanna who was silent and keeping herself busy in her chair. They poked Micah and asked her what happened.
Their teacher Mrs. Bayer walked in and started roll calling the names of the students.
