Chapter 4

Johanna and Greg arrived at the movie house late. They saw Sunshine and Eric carrying tubes of popcorn and drinks, Johanna went along with them while Greg buys their popcorn and drinks.

They waited for Greg at the front of the movie theater. They all were surprised when Greg arrived along Melody. Greg introduced Melody to Johanna’s friends

“Melody is Greg’s girlfriend” Johanna told the rest of the gang.

“OH!” They all exclaimed

Johanna laughed at her friends’ reaction and motioned them to enter the theater so they could watch the movie.

Greg sat in between Johanna and Melody while the rest sat along the others. He gave the popcorn and drinks to both of them while he just sat and watch the movie giving comments about the scenes he finds funny or interesting.

Johanna kept looking at Greg and Melody they are an odd couple.

Melody held Greg’s hand during a romantic scene but Johanna noticed Greg moved his hands away from Melody a few minutes after that.

After the movie they strolled along the mall and did a little shopping.

Johanna walked along Greg and Melody, when suddenly a group of teens caught her attention. She saw Paul walking with Misty Rowel one of the IN GIRLS of their section. They were seven in their group.

Johanna pulled Sunshine to get her attention. She pointed the group to her and asked if she knew about it?

“The IN GIRLS and their suitors, just ignore them.” Sunshine said and walked fast away from her.

“What’s the problem?” Greg asked her

“Nothing, I’ll just go buy ice cream. What flavor do you and Melody like?

“I like strawberry, two scoops” Melody said smiling pulling Greg closer to her.

“Chocolate for me, do you want me to come with you?” Greg told Johanna.

“I can manage, just look for a bench we can sit in.” Johanna replied while walking away from Greg and Melody.
