Ich Liebe Dich

PROLOGUE

Puting ilaw.

Napatigil ako sa pag takbo ng may nakita akong puting ilaw na paparating sa kinatatayuan ko.

Hindi ako makakilos habang tanaw ko ito, isang sasakyan!

Kaya't ayaw ko unti-unti kong tinanggap ang magiging katapusan ko. Totoo nga siguro yung sinasabi nilang your life flashes before your eyes before you die.

As I see the bright light approaching me I braced myself for the impact and closed my eyes and thought of my mom and my brother. My dreams for them.

Paano nga ba naabot sa ganito?

And then I felt myself collapsing on the cold pavement. I felt numb. Is this really the end of me?

And then I heard something. No someone.

So even though i was succumbing into the dark, i forced to open my eyes yet groggily and saw a pair of beautiful green eyes..

"MISS!! ARE YOU ALRIGHT? PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES!"

And everything went black.

I can hear voices as I groggily opened my eyes.

Puting paligid. Where am I? I touched my head when i felt it aching a bit. Paanong my benda ako sa aking ulo?

Ano bang nangyari?

"Good thing you're awake! Schatzi! Come here she's awake."

Napatingin ako sa isang babae, hula ko nasa 30's pa lang ito. At ang ganda niya, mukha siyang artista, foreigner siguro to. Blonde eh.

At napatingin rin ako sa kasama niya, asawa niya siguro. Kagaya ng babae mukhang foreigner din ang isang ito, at napaka gwapo din! Grabe sa malapitan mukha talagang mga artista yung mag asawa. Mala-hollywood ang peg.

He put his hands on the back of her waist when he got closer to us.

Sana all. I shaked my head.

"Are you okay darling?" She asked me. As she touched my hand.  "I'm sorry for the trouble we cost you."

Napabawi ako sa kamay ko.

"Ah ano pong nang---, i mean what happened ma'am?" Muntik na kong mag tagalog, buti nalang napigilan ko, mabuti ng sure hehe.

Napa-face palm nalang ako, nagawa ko pa talagang tumawa.

"Oh you don't remember? Well we almost hit you with our car, and when we went to check up on, for a second there we thought we really did because you were lying on the road. And as you can see, we brought you here in the hospital."

And like video that has been pressed play, what happened earlier flashed in my head.

Yung snatcher, tumakbo ako para habulin ito at ng may makita ako sasakyan na paparating sakin. Hindi pala ako nasagasaan?

I checked up on my body to see any broken bones, and sighed a relief when i saw none.

"Don't worry, you just fainted. Maybe because you were scared at that time and the doctors said you were dehydrated and you looked like you ran for a long time. What happened dear?" Sabi nung lalaking foreigner.

"I was chasing someone Ma'am and Sir.."

"Oh tut mir leid we haven't introduced ourselves yet. I am Hermann von Altenstadt and this is my beautiful wife Bella." Sir Hermann said as he looks at his wife lovingly.

Hala, ano raw yung surname nila? Foreigner nga talaga sila may sinasabi din kasi silang ibang lenggwahe eh. Di ko lang alam kong kung ano talaga.

"And you are Miss? Sorry we couldn't really find anything with you like your IDs to know your name and also for us to call your family, to let them know what happened but unfortunately we couldn't find anything." Sabi ni Ma'am Bella.
