"Who was that ate?"

Napatingin ako kay Kayta at Tita, umupo na sila sa tapat ko. Yung inu-puan ng lalaki kanina.

"I don't know po, he just suddenly sat there."

"Baka he was the one who sat here first." Naguguluhang sabi ni tita.

"Siguro pero wala naman siyang sinabi, he just looked at me then he stood up and left"

"That's weird." Nagkibit balikat nalang si tita.

Yeah, that was indeed weird.

Napatinging ulit ako sa dinaanan ng lalaki kanina. Who was that?

I shrugged it off and just focused on the food in Front off me. Nagkwentuhan lang kami nina Tita at Katya habang hinihintay yung drinks namin.

"So hows your brother? What grade is he in?" Tita asked.

"Ah mabuti naman po. 7th grade na po."

"Ah i see, how is he doing with his class naman?" Napatinging ito kay katya na nakikinig lang samin habang kumakain.

"Mabuti naman, he's really doing his best in school. Masipag mag-aral si Eddie, he said he wants to be successful Chemist someday."

"Wow, that's a tough one. But i'm sure if your brother works hard for it, i'm sure he'll be able to achieve his dreams. Just continue supporting him." Nakangiti nitong sabi at masasabi kong sincere talaga ito sa sinasabi.

"What about you Katya?" I asked her.

"Uhh.. i'm still on my 6th grade. And i've been thinking about being a fashion designer."

"Hmm fashion designer eh." Napatango-tango ako.

"That's nice, so you're into arts too?" Nagliwanag naman ang mga mata nito.

"JAA! I love arts. I been sketching since I was a kid."

"Show her your drawings dear." Tita said napayuko naman si Katya para bang nahihiya ito.

"I-I don't know. I'm shy." Nahihiya nga. Ang cute lang nito. Napatawa naman ako kaya tumingin ito sa akin.

"Its fine, you don't have to be shy. I'm your ate." Nakita kong nagliwanag muli ang mukha nito.

"I-I guess so. I haven't showed anyone my drawings except Mom and Dad. But I guess i'll show you since you're my Ate."

"Sure, but take your time."

"Entschuldigen Sie, Ma'am, danke, dass Sie gewartet haben. Hier sind Ihre Bestellungen. 1 Espresso, 1 Karamell-Cappuccino-Frappe und 1 Erdnussbutter-Cup-Puccino-Frappe. Genießen!" Sabi noong server na babae, habang dala dala yung mga drinks namin.

"Bitte!" Ngiting sabi nito at umalis na ito. (You're welcome)

Tita Karen got herself an Espresso while Katya had a Peanut Butter Cup-ppicino Frappe.

"Nag order lang ako sayo ng Caramel Cappuccino. If you don't mind?"
