Clara's POV

As soon as we got home from school, I went to set my book bag down in my room, only to be stopped by questions and an angry/concerned Ryan.

"What the hell happened today? Something wasn't right. I felt it all morning, Clara," Ryan started. I sighed.

"Ryan, please. Let me explain later. I'm extremely exhausted and I want to lay down for a little bit," I told him.

It was true. After I had my second panic attack, Seth walked me to class. He told me to take it easy because I was tired then. He was constantly texting me, checking to see if I was okay. Even Lisa in my English and Science class looked a little worried. Nothing else bad happened, so I felt a little better throughout the day, but I knew that someone would be questioning me the second I got home.

"Clara, please. I want to make sure you're okay," Ryan said concerned.

"Ryan, I went to the principal's office already for it today, and they're doing an investigation on it already, but Joseph works at this school," I said, waiting for the yelling.

"WHAT?!"

"WHAT DID I JUST HEAR?!"

"EXCUSE ME?!"

"YO, CLARA, MAKE ME A SANDWICH!" Colton demanded. He is such an idiot sometimes.

"Guys, can we please talk about this later? I'm really tired," I told them.

"Clara, you have to talk to us about this later. Probably when Jordan comes home from work, okay?" Arron told me. I nodded and started heading up the stairs. Ryan followed me, and I was actually okay with that.

"So does this mean I'm not getting my sandwich?" Colton asked. I could tell that Shawn smacked the back of his head. He deserved that.

I went to my room and put my book bag on my chair. I took my shoes off and laid down on my bed. I felt Ryan sitting on the edge.

"I had 2 panic attacks today, if that's what you're wondering," I explained.

"That makes sense. Why didn't you respond right away to the first time I texted you," he asked.

"Can we talk about later?" I requested.

"Alright," he responded. Then, he got up, and before he left my room, he scooped me into his arms.

"Ahh! Ryan! Where are you taking me?" I asked.

"My bed. I know you will sleep better on there," he said with a smile. I smiled back. He took me to his room, and placed me on his bed. He kissed my forehead and started stroking my hair. Two minutes later, I fell asleep.

I woke up to someone shaking me. I opened my eyes and saw Jordan sitting on the edge of Ryan's bed.

"Hey, babygirl, dinner is done," Jordan informed me.

"Mmm. Alright," I groaned. I felt better than I did before. I looked at the clock in Ryan's room, and saw it was 5:32pm. Not bad. I got out of the bed, stretched, and was about to start walking out of Ryan's room when suddenly, my feet were no longer on the ground.

"Jordan!" I screeched. He then turned me around, and put me over his shoulder. I started to laugh. He started heading his way to the kitchen, not letting go of me. When we got downstairs, he sat me down on my chair at the table. Spaghetti was placed in front of me. Everyone sat down and started eating.

Jordan sighs. "Clara, the boys told me Joseph works at your school, correct?"

I almost choked on my water. Nice. My brothers have to be a snitch. "Yes," i responded.
