LUCIUS MALFOY AND HIS FATHER WALK THROUGH THE DOORS OF ORION BLACK'S STUDY, calm and collected. For whatever reason, Sirius wasn't surprised that they stood in his midst. Following behind them was his father, as they made their way toward the seats in front of his desk. Sirius' jaw clenches and he looks away to meet Regulus' gaze. He could tell his brother felt uneasy, the two most powerful families in London were in the same room together.

Sirius knew now why his father wanted to secure this deal so badly. The Malfoy family owned one of the largest estates in the area, along with most of the people. They were the epitome of total control, and my father was here to make a deal. This was about territory.

He has never been proud of the family business. Regulus follows the rules, and although his thoughts and opinions may differ, he doesn't disobey.

On the other hand, Sirius wanted nothing to do with it, or his family for that matter. His father was just as equally powerful and as intimidating as the Malfoy's. Not everyone knew that Orion Black was a drug lord, but nonetheless people were still afraid of the family.

Orion sits down at his chair, and pulls out a stack of papers and a pen, placing it in front of Lucius' father, Abraxas.

He nods at Orion, acknowledging the paperwork, yet not taking the pen quite yet. "Thank you for inviting us into your home, Orion. I appreciate your hospitality, and the politeness of your boys." Abraxas says with a smile sent to Sirius and Regulus. "My son Lucius, he goes to school with your boy, Sirius?"

Orion gives him a tight-lipped smile, his facade of a cheery disposition cracking with each word, "Yes, I have heard quite a bit about Lucius' endeavors in the Slytherin house."

Sirius holds back a chuckle.

"Yes, he is a Prefect now. How is Gryffindor treating you, Sirius?" he says, turning toward him.

Sirius grins, "Quite nicely, looks like it's been a perfect fit for me so far."

Abraxas smiles softly, returning to Orion's piercing gaze. His jaw is now clenched, his annoyance seeping through.

Abraxas seems to know he hit a nerve, and Lucius is smirking at Regulus, who is not making eye contact. "Ah, must be a little disappointing he wasn't placed into Slytherin. Our boys would make a great team, don't you think, Orion?"

Orion nods, his fingers now fidgeting with the snake silver cuff-links on his suit. "It's quite a shame he isn't in Slytherin like the rest of the Blacks. They would be a great team. I think though, you and I could be unstoppable. I have revised some things on the contract you looked at last week to your satisfaction, I hope."

He puts another pen in front of Lucius. "If you choose us for your business purposes, both Sirius and Regulus would be discreet and absolutely bound to utmost secrecy. Respectively, Sirius is in charge of handling, and Regulus in charge of finances"

"Also, I would like to note that if you do choose to do business with me, your son would have to sign for confidentiality purposes, to protect all the legalities that go with it for the smoothest process possible."

Abraxas takes out a pair of thin reading glasses and puts them on, and Sirius notices the small ornate pattern around the frames.
