I'll continue to fill the time
with my words and my tears
but know they aren't in vain
i'm grateful
proud for what i've gone through
and am currently battling
With her death and now his absence
i keep digging holes
in one area of my mind
to another hoping for the same
or a better feeling like they created
but these holes keep caving in
and my mind is no longer safe.
