When your eyes fluttered open you were met with two things; the sun shining through the curtains and the very warm breath fanning against your neck.

You realized you weren't in your room, but in your girlfriend's instead. Last night was the first night you stayed with her and it felt surreal waking up in her arms, which were wrapped around your stomach.

You pulled them away carefully, allowing you to turn over to watch Kendall breathe for a moment. She looked so beautiful, so content. It made you grin when you realized that you were one of the very few that gets to see her this way. In such a peaceful and happy state. It made butterflies appear in your stomach.

You began to press little kisses across her face. You didn't miss a single spot. You took a moment to admire every feature before you'd brush your lips over them, paying a little extra love to your favorite features like her lips and cheeks.

She soon opened her eyes, cracking a smile at the feeling of your lips on her face, spreading kisses to every single inch of it. "Hello,"

You giggled, slowly brushing your lips against hers. "Hi. Good morning."

"It is a good morning, isn't it?" She smiled and brushed her thumb across your cheek. "I like this a lot."

"Hm?"

"Waking up next to you. Waking up to you kissing me. I think it's the best way I've woken up in ages." She said, then pulled you in for another kiss, this one longer than the last. Her hands moved to your sides and she turned you over on your back, pulling away with a smile.

"What are you doing?" You asked when you noticed the gleam in her eyes. "What does it look like I'm doing? I'm paying you back." She winked then began to kiss all across your face making you laugh and squirm under her soft and loving touch.

You could get used to more mornings like these.
