You jumped as an arm snaked around your waist from behind.

You giggled to yourself and flipped the food over in the pan.

It's early in the morning and you woke up just a tad earlier than usual to make some breakfast for the two of you. Kendall had been sound asleep when you left the bed, but obviously she's awake now. You could tell by her roaming hands and the kisses she was leaving against your neck.

"You're awake!" You turned around and she kissed you softly.

"And you're wearing my shirt..."

You looked down to see that you had put on one of her long-sleeved button-down shirts, one of the few she owned. "I honestly didn't even realize. I was so tired when I woke up and I was also cold so I just threw on a random long-sleeved shirt and-"

She cut you off by placing her lips back on yours. She smiled into the kiss, making you do the same. "I didn't say I was complaining. I love it. It makes up for the fact that I awoke to an empty bed with my girlfriend nowhere in sight."

You giggled and kissed her cheek. "Sorry I was making breakfast."

She looped her arms around your neck and leaned down to bury her face against the skin of your shoulder. "I love you. I feel so lucky to have you."

Your heart began to beat a little faster. You always loved hearing those words fall from your lips. "I love you too."
