Y'all already know what's about to go downnnnnn. Ahem, hope you enjoy :)

And like always, it's unedited :D

3rd POV

At the dead of night, in the slums of E-Rantel, quiet hums can be heard paired with the sound of metal piercing through flesh. A dusk worker, who is filled with fear after seeing said woman kill three of his fellows, gets cornered by Clementine, as she is grabbing her weapon out of his friend's skull. "And then there were one" says Clementine in her typical psychotic tone. "Please! Why are you doing this?! We've already told you all that we knew about famous herbalist's grandson!" says the dusk worker in a frenzy. "No no no, you might have betrayed me"

"We're simple dusk workers! We will never betray our employer once we've been paid!"

"Hmmm~? Then how about this for a reason? I like killing people, I love it, I'm absolutely crazy about it. Plus I wanted a few corpses." she says with a giggle at the end.

(A/N: Tbh, I'm reading the light novel and re-reading the manga as I'm writing this, and I never knew that Clementine had such a dark past. I know that it's not confirmed cause she jokes it off, but like if it's true then I feel so bad :(   )

The man instantly uses all his adrenaline and attempts to run away in order to save his life, only to be met with her estoc going through his heart. "Now, won't you please tell me everything you know?~"

Y/N's POV

We started our trek again, but the dynamic of the entire group had drastically changed. It's no secret why, but I would've thought that after Ninya apologized that we would be back to normal. If Ainz wasn't feeling so guilty, this silence would've actually been quite nice after the lack of rest I got last night. "This area has such a great view. Plus I can't sense any enemies, so there's no reason that we still have to walk in formation like this!" says Lukrut breaking the silence, probably with some ulterior motive to siddle up beside Nabe. I'm pretty sure we all realized that Lukrut was trying to take one for the team by breaking the ice but everyone stayed in the same formation.

Regardless, I grab Nabe's waist and bring her a little closer, now a bit more protective of her after our chat. "Y-Y/N-sa...n??!" says Nabe, confused to the sudden skinship. I look away and pretend to not have heard her, only to see Ainz smirking at me. Tch. "... It's important to stay alert. So let's... mm break formation after we get to the village." says Peter trying to stay business-like. "Y-Yeah, maybe a dragon might attack us from far away" adds Ninya. "Seriously, do you really think that would happen, Ninya?!" replies Lukrut annoyed.

"Actually if you don't mind, can you tell me more about the dragon around here?" I finally pipe up trying to gather intel. "Well the stories of dragons near E-Rantel are nothing more than that, stories. In legends, the one near has enough power that they could shake the heavens and the earth. And then by the Azellisia mountain range towards the north, I think there's a colony of Frost Dragons." replies Ninya. Hmmmm, running into one or any time in the future really would put a kink in the works. 'In Yggdrasil, dragons were the strongest enemies one could encounter. I wonder if that's consistent here too?' asks Ainz telepathically. 'I for one, hope not cause they really were a pain in the ass to fight.' I reply.
