A New Beginning

Chapter 5: Jason

Author's note: Hello loves!!! So in this chapter you're going to see a bunch of different POVs at the beginning so be ready!!!

The next day was just like the day before i went to my classes and at lunch Rachel tried to get me to join her stupid little posy. Then the next day went by and the next and before i knew it it was Friday. When i walked to theater i saw that Mrs.Joy had posted the roles for Romeo and Juliet. I ran my finger down the page and stopped a my name and gasped next to it was Juliet. Lindsey walked up to it "Great job Dani! I guess i'm going to play your mom." She said. "Cool we get to be in it together!" I said happily. "It sucks that we can't perform it in front of an audience." She said. I nodded "Yeah... are you trying out for the musical?" I asked. "Nah i'd rather watch it." I shrugged and we went to class. When school was over Clare, Lindsey, Becca, Lizzie, Colleen, and I decided to go shopping. We went into one store and i saw the watch that Jason had wanted but couldn't afford and i bought it for his anniversary gift. 'I'll ship it to him' I thought setting it on the counter. "This is a super expensive watch ma'am it cost 1000 dollars can you afford it?" She asked. I gasped not realizing it was that much "Go ahead Dani Ryan won't care he's rich," Said Clare. "Okay i still want it." I said to the woman. She scanned it, took my credit card, and handed them to me. "Thanks," i said and we left the mall.

I snuggled into bed and texted Jason

ME:You know what tomorrow is?

JASON: What?!?

I didn't respond i just waited he only waited a minute to finally text me

JASON: Just kidding happy early anniversary!!! I know it's Febuary 28th!

ME: You 2 XOXO

I put my phone up and went to sleep.

The next morning i was sitting watching TV with Clare and my dad when a knock was at the door. A maid quickly ran over and opened it up and i looked over to see who it was. A boy with green eyes and floppy brown hair stood in the door. "JASON!!!!" I shouted excitedly i jumped off the couch and ran into his arms. When we pulled out of the hug i gave him a quick kiss. "I can't believe your here!!!" I said unable to contain my emotions. He smiled "I wouldn't miss our 11 month anniversary!" He said. "Come in!" i said jumping out of the way. He walked in and my dad stood up. "Hello Mr.Mcary I'm Jason Grove" Jason said holding out his hand. My father took it "Nice to meet you," He said. When they were done shaking hands i grabbed Jason's hand. "How did you get here?!" I asked. "I saved up and got a plane ticket," He said. "Awe that's so sweet!" Said Clare. I smiled "Isn't he just the best?" I said looking into his beautiful green eyes.

Ryan's POV:

I looked at Dani jumping around her boyfriend smiling and giggling. How did this whole thing work am i supposed to hate this kid? Am i supposed to keep a close eye? 15 is young to young to have a boyfriend but what do i know i could be wrong. It was all so new, but she's so happy i can see it in her eyes she really likes this guy and he seems nice. I'll have to give it time before i start making assumptions.

Clare's POV:

Dani looked so happy laughing with her boyfriend it was so sweet. Dani was way more hyper than i had ever seen her before and it was so cute. "Awe that's so sweet!" I said when he said he saved up money to come see her. "I know isn't he just the best?" Dani asked. Then she looked into his eyes and i could tell Jason meant a lot to her. "So where are you going to stay Jason?" I asked. "I'll have to find a heap motel." He said. I looked over at my brother who was in deep thought "Why doesn't he stay in one of the spare rooms here Ryan?" I asked. "What?" He asked coming out of his trance "Uh yeah sounds like a good idea." He said. Dani's eyes lit up "Really?!? Oh that's awesome!" She said throwing herself into Jason's arms again he squeezed her tight and put his head in her hair. I awes inside of my head.
