Twenty-Three

Sabrina POV

I walk into my office and lay on my couch. I have the worst headache and I didn't even get much sleep. Ryan walks in and pulls a chair up.
I began telling her everything.

"I know you two will make it through this. All relationships do go through arguments."she says.

"Who do you think is in the wrong?"i ask.

"Neither of you are Sabrina. You both just need to talk to eachother. You have to trust him more and he has to understand how it looked with Ebony in his office. He did say that he would marry her and I know that when you heard that it hurt you. However, he is not with her. He loves you so much Sabrina. Do not let this petty argument ruin you two."she says and I nod.

"I won't let it ruin us."i say.

"I can handle things up front while you take a nap."she say.

"Are you sure?"i ask.

"I'm sure."she says and leave.

I turn over and fall asleep.

Me and Layla walk into the house.

"What do you want for dinner kiddo?"i ask.

"Let's make burgers and fries."she says.

"Alright go change and we'll get started."i say.

I walk into the kitchen and take the ground beef out.

I connect my phone to the speaker and began singing as I take out my other ingredients. I heard footsteps and I thought it was Layla walking.

I felt arms wrap around me and I knew it was Trenton. His touch always had a certain affect on me. I close my eyes and sigh as I lean into him.

"Please don't be mad at me anymore."he says while kissing my shoulder and then my neck.

"I'm not mad Trenton but I do want you to understand why I had a problem seeing you with her. I'm very new at this relationship thing so just be patient with me."i say.

"I do understand and I promise you will never see her around again. You have to believe and trust me when I say I will never do anything to hurt you."he says.

"I do believe you and i'm sorry for not trusting you at first."i say.

"Let's never fight again."he says.

"Never again because I have missed you so much."i say turning around.

He leans in to kiss me.

"Hey daddy."Layla says walking into the kitchen and he pulls back.

"Hey princess."he says.

"We're making burgers."she says as I finish grabbing everything we need.

"Show me some love."he says bending down to her level.

She kiss his cheek and wraps her arms around him.

They release and he stands up.

"Show me some love."he says to me and I smile.

I kiss his lips and he kiss back.

"I love you."i say after pulling away.

"I love you more."he says.

Me and Layla began cooking while T watched us.

I walk out of the bathroom fully dressed and into our room.

"Where are you slipping off to?"he ask.

"I am meeting with your mother and Ryan to discuss a thing."i say.

"What thing?"he ask and I smile.

"I can't believe you forgot."i say.

"I didn't forget anything."he says and I give him a look.

"Yes you did forget. Do you know what tomorrow is?"i ask.

"Yes, you and Layla are dancing at her recital."he says.

"Did you forget your mother and father are re-newing their vows as a way to commit to eachother again? We're meeting up to plan the event."i say.

"I didn't forget but I thought they were going to do something simple."he says.

"She changed her mind and I don't blame her. It's not every day you get to renew your vows with the love of your life."i say.

"We have so many things coming up and not enough time to plan things."he says.

"Let's see we have more recitals for Layla, your parents ceremony, Layla's birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and your birthday."i say and he smiles.

He pulls me into him and I straddle his lap while wrapping my arms around his neck.

"You don't have to give me anything for my birthday. I already have almost everything I want."he says.

"Almost everything?"i ask.

"Well I haven't made you my wife yet. I told you that I was going to marry you and I meant that."he says and I smile.

"I have been meaning to ask you this. Do you want more kids?"i say.

"I would love another child. Do you want to have kids?"he says.

"It has cross my mind every now and then."i say.

"We can start practicing now."he says kissing my lips and making his way to my neck.

I moan and laugh.

"Trenton we can't do this now. I am already running late."i say.

"Uncle Jayce is here."Layla yells and he pulls back.

"You also have business to attend to."i say standing up and grabbing my purse.

We both walk out and Jayce was giving Layla money.

"She has you wrapped around her little finger."i say and he laughs.

"You're no better than me."he says and I roll my eyes.

Trenton pulls me into him and kiss me.

"I love you and be safe."he says.

"I love you more and I always am."i say.

"Bye kiddo, Bye Bro."i say to Layla and Jayce.

"Bye Sis."Jayce says.

"Bye Brina."Layla says.

I walk out the door and leave to meet mama and Ryan to plan the ceremony.

This will be the best ceremony ever.
