Jughead POV
We are going home tomorrow. I gotta say it's been fun. We went to the beach, went roller skating and me and Betty almost had our first time. It's was interrupted by no one other than Parker Jones.
Well anyways we're outside getting ready for water balloon fight. Once the water balloons are filled I grab one and hide it behind my back.
"Betty come here" I say and hold out my arm. She smiles and runs up to me. She wraps her arms around me.
"What's up" she looks up at me and then I pop the water balloon on her head.
"OH MY GOSH JUG!!" She screams. I start laughing with Kevin. And she gets a balloon and throws it at Kevin.
"Oh it's on" he says and then everyone gets balloons.
15 minutes later
Parker runs up to Betty but he trips and they both go down. Hard.
"Oww" Betty says and starts crying.
I run over "Hey you okay?" I ask her. She shakes her head no and Parker stands up.
"Damn Parker we know you're falling for her but not on top of her" Reggie says and Veronica slaps his head.
"What hurts" I ask
"My leg" she sobs
"Can you move it?" Cheryl says. She tries and she starts crying more. Fuck I hate it when she cries.
"I heard it crack" she sobs
"Okay baby it's okay just try and calm down." I say and rub her shoulders.
"What the hell did you do to my cousin Parker" Cheryl yells at Parker.
Betty POV
Later
I'm in bed wearing Jughead's sweats and my t shirt. They put ice on my leg. Jug is on the phone with my mom.
"Hey how are you feeling" He says as he walks in the room.
"Terrible" I say. He sighs and sits next to me.
"Your mom said to wait until we get back to take your to the ER." He says
"Why" I ask
"Cause she said that you are very dramatic and so she can see it" he says
"Well it's hurt to much to sleep" I say
"Well Reggie and Archie went to CVS to get some pain killers. And Kevin's cooking your favorite" he smiles
"Chicken Alfredo" I giggle
"And I'm making your favorite dessert" he says and kisses my head.
"Well I gotta start cooking. Everyone's downstairs if you need something call me" he says
"Okay lo-" and I cut myself off.
"What" he says walking back in.
"Nothing" I smile. He nods and walks out again.
Was I about to say I love you? Elizabeth Ann Cooper do you love this man? Yes I love this man. But what if he doesn't love me back.
The next day
"Hey Parker tell dad I'm gonna be at Betty's" Jughead says and opens the car door. Archie grabs my bags and his bags out of the car.
"Okay you ready" He asks. I nod and he carefully picks me up. Then Charles comes outside and grabs my bags from Archie.
