All I did was stare at Yuki, trying to wonder if I had woken him up or not.

When I saw his eyes open, he sat up in bed, looked over, and just stared at me with an exhausted look on his face.

"Are you okay?" I heard him say after about a minute of him staring at me.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said.

Yuki yawned and laid back down in bed. I just blinked.

"Well that was weird....I wonder what made 'im wake up." I thought as I rolled onto my side.

It took a while, but after a few more minutes I was able to fall back asleep.

WITH THE POLICE
It was late at the police station and some officers were up and still at work. They were all in the break room and wondering what or who could be behind all these killing sprees.

"Whoever this killer is always kills someone sometime in the early morning. Not just that, but the killings always seemed to be caused by an animal." The black haired police officer who always appeared in the news said.

As for his name? It was John.

"Yeah, it seems to be caused by an animal. It could just be a person with serious issues." Said the brown haired police officer who had mentioned the killer possibly being a werewolf.

His name was Gary.

"Think about it, Gary; how else could a person kill like that? Weren't the marks almost wolf like?" John asked.

Gary put a hand to his chin and closed his eyes.

"Well, yes, they did when I think about it."

"But isn't it strange? Why would a wolf suddenly want to kill everyone?" John asked his friend.

"Aren't wolves normally fierce and aggressive?" Gary asked.

John shook his head.

"In movies, yes. However, in real life I've heard that they're actually pretty timid and don't attack unless provoked. Something like that." John said.

"Really?"

"Yes."

Gary just looked baffled now.

"Huh....that is weird. Then what if this killer is a werewolf? I mean, think about it. Why else would a wolf just attack anyone randomly? I mean, wouldn't they have a reason? This killer seems to just be killing for the fun of it." Gary said.

John just stared at his friend and burst out laughing after about a minute.

"Ah, you and werewolves. You might be onto something, though." John said. He walked away, walked towards a desk that was presumably his, and handed Gary a picture.

"What's this?"

"That's a picture of the wolf that might be the suspect."

".....Why's it blue?" Gary asked after looking at the picture for a few seconds.

"Someone noticed a wolf running around on all fours last night after Daichi was killed. The person wished to remain annonymous, so instead they drew us a picture and gave it to us. They said the wolf looked like a dark blue." John explained.

Gary raised a brow as he looked at the picture and back at his friend.

"So...you're saying we should be looking for someone with blue hair?" Gary asked as he handed the drawing back to John.

John took the picture and placed it on the desk.

"Not exactly. I think we should be on the hunt one night if the wolf-or person-kills someone else, and we should be looking for a wolf with blue fur." John said.

"But what about with a person with blue hair?" Gary asked.

"Gary," John said as he put a hand on his friend's shoulder, "If we notice someone who might seem frantic or out of place one day, THEN we'll be on the lookout for someone with blue hair. But for now I think we should focus on that wolf." John said as he removed his hand from his friend's shoulder.

"But what if this person-or whoever they are-kills someone else? It's one in the morning right now and about to be two, and later today there's going to be a full moon." Gary said.

"If there's a third kill later today, THEN I'll believe you about the werewolf thing." John said.

John began walking out of the police station as Gary followed him. There were other officers still in there, so Gary and John were free to leave.

"Is your wife picking you up tonight?" John asked as he unlocked his car door and opened the door.

"No. She didn't know I'd be home this late and she's probably asleep by now. She dropped me off today because she had to go to work as well." Gary explained.

"I see. Get in." John said as he got in the front seat. Gary made his way over to the side and was soon sitting in the passenger's seat. John started up the car and drove out of the police station's parking lot.

"What about your wife? Does she know you're here this late?" Gary asked.

"Yeah. I told her I might be working late tonight so she should be up when I get home." John explained as he kept his eyes on the road.

"It's good you kept your eyes on the road when saying that." Gary said.

"Yup. Car crashes are unfortunate." John replied.

"True dat."
************************
It was now about ten minutes later and Gary had just walked into his house. After making sure his friend was inside his house, John drove off and was eventually at his own house.

When he parked the car in the driveway and got out, he walked to the front door and unlocked it.

Once he got inside, the kitchen light turned on and his wife was leaning against the counter with her arms crossed.

"Welcome back. How was your day?" She asked as John walked over to her and kissed her cheek.

"It was fine. We haven't caught that killer yet, though." He said as he made his way up the stairs, with her following close behind.

"Who do you think could be doing this?" She asked as she made her way up the stairs behind her husband.

John finished walking up the stairs and walked directly into the bedroom, which was right in front of him, and a bathroom on the right side and an extra room on the left. Storage space, if you will.

He started getting changed for bed.

"I don't know, but I know we'll catch whoever's doing all this." John said as he finished changing. He got ready for bed and was soon in bed.

His wife turned the lights off and laid down next to him.

"I know you will. But these deaths are bizzarre, aren't they?" She asked.

"Yeah, they sure are." John said.

He closed his eyes and went to sleep, but he was definitely sure about one thing:

He WAS going to catch this killer, no matter how long it might take.
