Lev had left you alone with the corpse of Yaku. He wasn't happy that you were "wasting your time" over his dead body yet he gave you time to mourn. You knew you couldn't bring him back but it hurt too much to let him go.
You had both kept each other sane in this house of madness. You didn't want to see Lev anymore. You despised his presence and he knew it.
He hated that you didn't love him. His whole life revolved around you. He knew that you wouldn't forgive him for Yaku's death. It pained him knowing that the person he loved so dearly hated him so much.
It was dark out and you still remained attached to Yaku's body. You wanted to die with him. You just wanted to be with your friend, your lover. Your eyes were dry from crying for so long. So you sat in silence reminiscing on the good times you shared together.
His body was cold yet your body heat seemed to bring a bit of warmth to the torso where you clung onto him. You wanted it all to be a dream and wake up to see Yaku alive next to you. Your mind had entered a state of emptiness. Nothing mattered anymore.
You heard the door click open, your eyes were still filled with grief as you continued to stare blankly at the bloody floor in front of you. Lev crouched to your level before lifting your chin so you could look at him. His eyes were filled with worry and fear. He feared losing you to the void that your mind had become.
"Please, eat something. Do anything..."
You averted your gaze from his piercing green eyes. You could feel your stomach ache at how hungry you were. He could hear your stomach growl yet you just lied there as if you had become a corpse yourself.
Lev stood back up and walked towards the kitchen. You wondered if you could possibly escape. Would it be possible for you to take Yaku with you or should you just leave him here? If the cops saw you dragging a dead body they would most likely question you.
The footsteps of your captor became louder as he approached the room with a bowl of soup in his hands. He set the bowl next to you before sitting down to feed you.
At first, you refused any food which seemed to concern him even more. Soon enough the pain you experienced became intolerable. You allowed Lev to feed you silently hoping that the food was poisoned.
Something told you that he wouldn't kill you. It was obvious that he couldn't just kill you. He wanted you too badly.
Loving a dead body wouldn't be much fun. Wait... I love the dead body...
You had realized exactly what Lev was trying to avoid. If you died he would probably become the exact same way as you.
After he fed you, he tried to convince you into moving away from Yaku. Obviously being stubborn you refused to move away from the deceased boy.
You thought about Tadashi, Kenma, and Kuroo. How were they holding up? Did they give up on you? You wondered if Tadashi even knew about your disappearance.
How would he react?

No, he's probably looking for me.

Yes, he does...

Yes. Tadashi wouldn't just give up on me like that.

He's on his way...
Lev decided he was going to run you some bathwater. He left the room and went towards the bathroom. As soon as he left you finally let go of Yaku and stood up.
Your limbs were sore but now was your perfect chance to run for it. The window had been open to air out the smell of death in the room.
You climbed out of the window and ran. You made it past the birch tree* and into the forest where your dark clothes had helped you camouflage with your dark surroundings. You continued to run until you seen the road. You ran onto the pavement noticing some headlights. You waved down the car.
They saw you waving and stopped asking you what's wrong. You immediately told them your name and mentioned that you had disappeared a while back from Tokyo. You urged them to call the police but your sentence was cut short by someone covering your mouth their hands. Lev had caught you and told them that you were trying to mess with them. They gave Lev a strange face before driving off.
Lev was furious. He dragged you back to the house before throwing you in the bathroom. He fought with you to get your clothes off and tied your arms and legs. He forced you into the tub and tried to clean you.
Once he was done with getting you as clean as possible he threw you into Alisa's room. He managed to tie you to the leg of her bedpost.
"Why? Why do you insist on leaving me?"
"You're a psychopath! I hate you! I HATE YOU!"
You began screaming at Lev before he had enough and slapped you. This was the first time he ever hit you. Your cheek stung as he screamed back at you.
"ALL I DO IS TRY TO LOVE YOU AND YOU CAN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT!"
You were quiet and he continued to kneel at your level. His eyes fumed with rage as he went on to list all the things he's done for you.
"I PROTECT YOU, I FEED YOU, I DO EVERYTHING THAT I CAN TO MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE AND YOU THANK ME BY TRYING TO RUN AWAY AND GET THE POLICE INVOLVED!"
He was hurting from your actions. In a way he was right. He did what he could to protect and take care of you. If he didn't kill people and maybe didn't drive Yaku to suicide, then maybe you could forgive him.
"I'm sorry... I just love you so much and what you did hurt me."
You simply put your head down in shame. You should've known better. He was obviously going to notice that you left and he was familiar with this place unlike you.
He grabbed your face and his fingers traced over the spot where he had slapped you. It no longer hurt but the moment of impact remained in your head. When he touched you it was like you could nearly feel the sting again.
He didn't mean to hurt you and he felt horrible for even raising his hand towards you. He tried to comfort you but it was still evident that you didn't trust him.
Your body flinched whenever he would even get close to you. He knew he would have to break you out of that habit so that could become comfortable with him again.
He traced his hands through your hair and began telling you how sorry he was. You could tell he didn't intend to hurt you but he still hit you and he could do it again at any given moment.
You silently prayed that someone would come to rescue you soon. Kenma, Kuroo, Tadashi, anyone... You just wanted to go home and be with your friends and family again. In the meantime, you had to learn to live with Lev being both your friends and family.
He's the only one here besides myself.
