When Carli woke up the next morning, she was confused and disoriented. She was trying to figure out where exactly she could be and why it was so warm and soft and smelt so good. She cracked her eyes open a little. When she realised what, or more who, she was asleep on her eyes widened in panic. At first, she tried to just get up but Jimin moved around in his sleep and groaned. She looked at him with wide eyes, pleading internally that he would just stay sleep. It seemed luck was on her side as he settled back into a comfortable sleep.

She slowly inched his arm off of her waist and carefully entangled her legs from his. When she was out of his grasp, she sighed in relief. She stood fron the sofa slowly and tip toed her way towards the door and out of his room. She slipped back in her room and decided to shower off the previous evening.

She layed out a comfy outfit from the pyjama drawer, once again, and shed her clothes before stepping into the shower. She stood back, bracing herself for the water to heat, before realising that they constantly had heated water running through the pipes. A luxury she would definately be used to soon. She relaxed as the hot water hit her skin, easing her muscles of the tension caused by sleeping in such an odd position.

Once she was done, she slipped put the shower and dried her body off before getting dressed. Her stomach grumbled lowly. "Thank God no one's around to hear that." She thought to herself and went downstairs quickly to grab some food. She went straight for the fruit loops again and snuck back upstairs before anyone could spot her. She wasn't sure if one of Jimin's parents had walked in on them and she wasn't in the mood to be confronted about that.

As she sat on her bed and ate, she just couldn't shake the thoughts of that photo from her mind. She could have sworn she'd taken a photo like that with the one true friend she had had. As she sat there, she hatched a plan to find out the truth. She hated snooping around but in this case she would have to because she had a feeling Jimin wouldn't tell her the truth if she asked.

She sat and waited for Jimin to leave his room. It seemed to take forever for him to wake up but eventually he did and she could set her plans into motion. She stared at the ceiling and listened out for any indication that he was out of the room. Finally, she heard the door open and close. She listened to his footsteps get closer and closer to her door. He seemed to hesitate when he got to the door but continued walking down the hall as if nothing had happened. Once a minute or so had gone by, she slowly crept out of her room and into his. Now she could get to work.

Feelings of guilt and dread settled in her stomach as she walked closer to where the picture had been. She felt like such a horrible person but she needed to know the truth.

She noticed that the picture was no longer on top if the drawers it had rested on not even a day ago. That seemed a little suspicious to her, so she began looking thought the drawers.

There wasn't anything indicating towards him being her childhood friend in the first few drawers and that just made her feel even more guilty about what she was doing. If there was nothing to prove her suspicions then the whole thing was pointless and she was just a paranoid snoop.

However, when she got to the bottom drawer she was at a loss for words. Her suspicions had been confirmed. In the drawer lay pretty much every sentimental item from when they were younger ranging from their matching hoodies to the hair clip she had lost to him in a game.

Tears began to build in her eyes as she stared at it all. Every good memory in her life lay in this drawer and it hurt to see it all layed out infront of her. She couldn't understand why he kept it all what he said he had never cared about her and that their entire friendship was just a bet.

As she lifted the hoodie from the drawer, the one that was identical to the one she had brought with her, Jimin walked into the room. He dropped his breakfast on the floor in shock, milk and cerial spilling everywhere. The colour seemed to drain from his face as it dropped and tears welled up in his eyes.

Carli stood with her hand on her hip and held the hoodie up in her hands as she stared him down. "Do you wanna explain yourself, 'Taemin'?"

(A/n: I'm sorry this is so short and bad. It's supposed to be a major event so I wanted to write it better than this but I really wanted to post today.)
