Heine had left Kat alone to seek out where Illia had gone, it had been almost over an hour, and she still hadn't returned. The city was in complete turmoil, rattling at its very foundation; it was nearly a surprise that the city hadn't completely fallen apart yet. He made it to the bar; Rodin cocked a brow, putting down a tote he had in his hands.

"Rodin, has Illia be through here?" Heine panted, looking around the place; it was still in prime condition,

"Yeah, she came and went. Why she ain't with you?" he placed one of his hands on his hip,

"No, she didn't return." his look became grim, as he ran out of the bar,

Heine bit the inner lining of his lip as he rapidly started thinking of what might have happened, he dashed to their apartment; many of the occupants were evacuated to the safe zones, leaving the place desolate. Going to the unit proved useless she wasn't there either; walking down the stairs, he grabbed his phone, dialing burner that Kat owned.

"Hello?" her voice was shaky, possibility from not recognizing the number

"It's me, Heine. Did Illia happen to come back when I left?" Heine asked, walking back outside,

"No, I am still here alone. You don't think anything happened to her, do you?" she asked, her voice became a quiver of its usual tone,

"I hope not, stay safe; I'll be back soon. I'm going to find her." He hung up the phone before he could slide it back into his pocket; it rang to life.

Illia's name blared across the screen, with the picture of her posing with a silly face lingered on the lock display. He answered quickly, his brow in a complete frown at his point.

"Where the hell are you?" he found himself snapping, something he tried to avoid; however, his anxiety was peaking

"I found your lost little bird." The voice, clearly not Illia spoke into the speaker,

"Who is this?" he whispered, his blood being to boil, and his face became hot from the anger that was building,

"The man that holds to key to the birdcage. I'll send over the address... it's the place where it all ended." the call dropped, immediately shooting over a text of the location,

"Where it all ended?" Heine questioned, looking at the address, that seemed oddly recognizable.

Somewhere in the city...

Axel tossed Illia her phone, taking out a pack of new cigarettes; that he grabbed on their way to this run-down skeleton of a burned down factory. She caught it, glaring at him as she slid it back into her pocket. He could feel Illia staring at him, only glancing at her from the corner of his eyes; he could feel the resentment that beamed at him, causing him to scoff as he turned to her.

"Don't look at me that way; You're making me feel bad here." He said blowing more smoke in her face, almost giving her a sympathetic look,

"I highly doubt that..." she sneered at him, sitting on a piece of debris that had looked as though it flew from the other side of the building, from whatever catastrophe that took place here averting her eyes to look around,

"You probably wonder why I picked a shit hole like that, huh?" he puffed his drag, walking away to a large pool of water that flooded the middle of the massive cavity of the hollowed structure.

He stared into the water; his face was gentle. It aggravated her that he was Heine's twin, how could he be related to such a beast, and looking at his face unsettled her mind. She didn't answer him, just stared at him aggressively.
