Some times I wonder how my life will be like in 10 years.
I probably would have graduated college, maybe I would be getting my masters degree, or I would already have it. My siblings will also have gone to college.
I wonder if one of us will have children, or be married.
I wonder how successful we'll be in the careers we chose, and whether or not we would take the career paths that we want right now.
I'm just an 8th grader right now, but I wonder how my life will be after high school, after college.
What frightens me the most is how I won't know how it will be until I'm there.
I know that I have to work hard to have a good future.
I know that I have to enjoy life as a teen.
I know that I have to live in the present.
But I can't stop thinking about how it will all be a decade from today.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had to write about this today, because in my family we recently started talking about how we will be off to college soon. We have recently been wondering and exploring the ideas of how it will be in the future for us.
Anyways, it's 11:33pm, and I have to sleep because tomorrow's mother's day.
Thanks for reading this,

Ps. I think I will write one of my "fantasies" of how it will be for me a decade from today.
