This chapter is gonna be a bit more light hearted.

Travis found himself questioning if all this was even worth going through or if he should just off himself instead. Thankfully Katelyn came out to the parking lot and met his eyes before he actually considered how easy it would be.

"Look..."

"You dont have to explain yourself." Katelyn said interupting Travis. "I know shes my mom and everything but she was never there for me...you were so Im going to listen to you."

"Shes right."

"What? What do you mean?"

"I-I killed my mother." Travis said trying to break down in the middle of the parking lot.

"You get in the car. We'll talk about this on the ride back." Katelyn said noticing everyone else begin to leave.

The car ride began quiet.

"Hey at you might be upset with her but everyone is on your side. We trust you. We trust youre a good person." Katelyn said breaking the silence.

"I-I'm not to sure I am one."

"Well I am." (sure that he is one)

Travis felt better hearing Katelyns words. It made Travis want to tell her everything. But of course Travis still had a nasty feeling deep down that Katelyn didnt really care. That she didnt really want to listen.

"Im so scared of myself." Travis said. He tried to open up. Maybe he can talk for just a little bit.

"Why? Because what happened to your mom?"

"Yeah."

"If you dont mind me asking...how exaclty did you kill her?"

"I stabbed her..."

"Yeah but..."

Travis knew Katelyn was trying to justify why her beloved boyfriend would brutally kill someone he should respect. Yet Travis felt as if telling the truth would be cheating in some sort of way.

"Im sorry."

"Did you just randomly stab her or...?"

"N-no of course not."

"Im sorry I just really would like to know how soneone as kind as you could bring yourself to kill someone."

"I didnt mean to kill her. Really I didnt mean to kill anyone. It all happened to fast."

"If you dont want to talk about it just say so."

"No I do want to tell you its just...really hard."

"I'll be patient."

"Can this wait...Im so sorry. I guess Im still paniced from dinner."

"Yeah, yeah. Im sure youll be feeling better in the morning."

"We can talk about something else."

"Do you still love me?" Katelyn blurted out.

"What? What do you mean?"

"I dont know. Thats a stupid question. Nevermind."

"Yeah youre right, that is a stupid question." Travis looked up at Katelyn as she turned into their street. "Im so in love with you. Why wouldnt I be? Youre the most amazing girl Ive ever met."

A smile showed on Katelyns face as she searched for her house.

"So Im guessing this'll be the last time youre sleeping over."

"Do you want it to be?" Travis said smirking at Katelyn.

"Theres the face I fell in love with."

"Oh god dont encourage me. Thatll go straight to my head." Travis said as Katelyn pulled into the drive way. "Speaking of head." Travis said crawling over to the drivers side.

"Wooooowwwww. Real smooth." Katelyn replied to her nauty boyfriend who was now a few inches from her face.

"Yeah yeah. Im kidding." Travis said defeated.

Travis hopped out of the car and began twoards the house.

"What? You giving up already? You could at least put up a fight."

"Babe...its 2020. Im not legally alowed to put up a fight." Travis said getting a giggle from Katelyn. Katelyn caught up to Travis and Travis wrapped his arn around her as they walked inside.
