She's very patient and persistence to get her laptop, she follow every single instruction to the dot. (She spend a lot just for Grab service on that day) Oh, she managed to go to the other place all right. But, it's not a branch, it's a HUB station. A transition place from pickup station to the delivery station.
One thing about HUB station, you can never take anything when your parcel either, on the way to HUB, arrived HUB or moved from HUB. Even though you can see your parcel in front of you, as long as it still in the HUB station, you can't do anything until that parcel has been transfer to delivery station.
I have no idea how long it will take for PosLaju to proceed from HUB station to the nearest delivery station based from our address during this MCO season, but she has been advised by the staff there that it will delay for another week and will be send out batch by batch.
She feel sad and frustrated as she bought the laptop via Shopee. Fun fact, Shopee allowed for refund under non receive order however the request need to be done within a timeframe.
