Fun fact, Shopee allowed for refund under non receive order however the request need to be done within a time frame. Their customer service (I'm talking about my country Shopee Standard of Procedure) will not entertain any issues that has been raised outside the Shopee Guarantee period.
Syaf here, in dilemma either want to proceed with refund request as the seller trying their best to get the item to be sent to her. However, the item only can be taken once it at the delivery station. But she also did not want the payment to be released to them until she satisfied with the item (no damage or faulty).
I try to be logical. Shopee did not want to lose profit, everything need to have permission from both parties. I don't think Shopee will refund if the seller refuse with the refund. They will find the item first, if their investigation become cold case, then they have no choice but to give back the money.
But, it still depend on Syaf to decide. Silver lining, as we can go out individually now, if Shopee agree with the refund, she can get laptop directly at the mall. We root for you Syaf!!!
