Sabrina woke up, still on the couch with Dean in the same position they went to sleep in. It worried her that she hadn't heard the babies cry at all after Dean put them to sleep. Sabrina quickly untangled herself from Dean to check on her Niece and Nephews...

They seemed fine, Bella grabbed her hand when she laid it on the small child, they were all still breathing so Sabrina brushed it off as Sam and Avedy getting lucky. Sabrina looked up and saw a little paper with her name on it. Dean was still here and she thought she heard Sam in the kitchen, she picked it up and read it to herself...

"Dean, wake up!" Sabrina said, hitting his chest "What?" He asked groggyly Sabrina read him the note...

"Sabrina, I love you and I love the boys and all the kids but I need to do this for myself. I need some time to process everything, don't come after me. Take care of my babies I'll come home in a few days...

"Son of a bitch" Dean sighed getting off the couch "Guys she gone!" Sam said in a panicked tone "Did she leave you a note?" Sabrina asked "Yeah" Sam nodded handing her a small piece of paper...

"Sam, I love you and I'm not leaving you. I just need some time away. This was the easiest way to tell you. I know we should be face to face but just know, I love you more than anything else and I will come back. Sabrina will help you with the kids...

"I'll give her a three day head start and then I'm going to hunt her ass down" Sabrina said, clenching her jaw. Dean knew she was not happy but he didn't say anything "Sabrina, we have to go now" Sam said "No Sam! If we go now we won't be able to find her because she knows I'm coming after her so she's gonna cover her tracks like she did when she was running from her ex husband. If we wait a couple days it'll be easier to find her. That gives her enough time to put at least three states between us" Sabrina replied "What if she leaves the country?" Dean askes "She won't leave the country. She won't go that far... Now, I've got six kids to feed so either you two can drop the subject and help me out or you can sit down and stay the hell out of my way" Sabrina said "I'll go-" Dean started "You'll help Sam make bottles and change diapers" Sabrina said, cutting him off "Yes Ma'am" Dean said quietly...

Sabrina made her way down the hallway to get the boys and Raven. She went into Jack and Ethan's room to find them all sitting on Ethan's bed eating pop tarts "Hi Mommy" Ethan smiled with a mouth full of pop tart "Hi" Sabrina smiled "I was gonna make some funnle cakes for breakfast but seeing how you three have already raided the kitchen I guess I won't make anything" She shrugged "No! Mommy we want funnle cake" Jack said, running up to her "Did Uncle Cas help you get these too?" She asked "Yeah" The boys said in unison, Sabrina chuckled and shook her head "If you want some funnle cakes then come help me make them" She smiled. She had thought about getting onto them but they really weren't hurting anything, yeah they didn't ask to get the pop tars but they're kids and Sabrina can buy more pop tarts when she goes to the store...

Sabrina walked into the kitchen with her three kids behind her like ducklings. "Where's Daddy?" Ethan asked "He's helping Uncle Sam with the babies" Sabrina replied "Ohhh" Ethan nodded...

After everyone was fed, Jack, Ethan and Raven sat on the couch with Sam and Dean, watching TV while Sabrina finished laundry from the night before. "Bree, are you sure you don't need help?" Dean asked "Yes, I'm sure... If I needed help, I'd ask for it" Sabrina replied with a lot more attitude then she had intended "What's wrong with her?" Sam asked "Well, she just got off her period and she's tried... Oh and her sister ran away" Dean replied, Sam only looked at his brother "I'm gonna go talk to her" Dean sighed. "Daddy... Don't make her mad" Ethan said with a serious expression "I won't" Dean smiled "Because then she'll yell at you and I don't like when Mommy yells" Ethan said quietly "I know buddy, I won't make her mad" Dean said, ruffling Ethan's hair before he walked away...

"Hey Gorgeous" Dean said quietly "What do you want?" Sabrina asked, putting clothes away "I was just coming to make sure you were okay" Dean replied "No Dean. I'm not. My sister lost one of her kids, ran off and I feel like I'm having a panic attack and to top it all off you fucking lied to me" Sabrina snapped "I did? When?" Dean asked, shutting the bedroom door "You and Cas" Sabrina said "What about me and Cas?" Dean asked "You told me you guys fucked, okay no big deal but then you said you were just kidding, again, no big deal but then I find out that you actually did fuck, like I said before, no big deal but you... Dean, you told me you didn't really. Why?" Sabrina said, breaking down "I didn't know what you would think if you knew what really happened" Dean said quietly "Nothing, it happened before we got together, hell I wouldn't care if it happened last night but I would have liked to know the truth. If you want Cas too you can have him" Sabrina replied "I don't want Cas, Baby. We were drunk, like we couldn't walk and then somehow, we ended up in here and it just happened." "Was that so hard?" Sabrina asked, Dean shook his head and sat on the bed "Do you still feel like you're having a panic attack?" Dean asked "Not as bad but yes." "Come here" Dean smiled, Sabrina sat her clothes basket down and walked over to Dean, next thing she knows, she's being pulled into his lap.

"Why don't you lay down and get some rest" Dean suggested "Because it'll give me time to think" Sabrina replied "What if I lay in here with you and talk to you until you go to sleep?" Dean asked "What if Sam needs help?" Sabrina asked "We just got done feeding the kids, he'll be okay" He smiled, pulling Sabrina with him as he laid back on the bed. "I love you" Sabrina whispered "I love you too Babygirl." "One of these days, we're gonna quit this damn job and live in a farm house with the kids, have a few horses, pigs, cows and maybe some chickens" Dean said as he move to the head of the bed and laid Sabrina down. "That sounds nice" Sabrina smiled "Yeah, and we can get a couple more dogs and get Jack a cat and Raven a guinea pig." "Dean, I thought-" Sabrina started "Shhhhhhh" Dean cut her off by putting his hand over her mouth "Sleep" He said quietly, Sabrina couldn't help but to smile as she moved Dean's hand and cuddled into his chest.

Before Sabrina knew it, Dean's words were becoming inaudible to her and she couldn't keep her eyes open, the last thing she heard was "I'll be right here when you wake up, I promise." Then she was out like a light...
