Chapter 5 Mystery Girls Identity

Jia's P.O.V
Yoora mentioned a man named Myungsoo who, based on her description, seem to be a good person. I'm also looking forward to meeting him.

I start wandering about and come across a man sitting under a tree with a book covering his face; perhaps that's him. I take a few timid steps forward and approach him.

"Are you Myungsoo?" I inquire, unsure if it is him or not. He gradually takes the book away from his face. My eyes expand as I figure out who that individual is. It is none other than L. Is he Myungsoo? Seriously?

He gets up from the grass and asks, "Are you my mystery girl?"

"OH MY GOSH," I mutter.

What the hell! He is the one Yoora has been texting all this time? He? L? THE L of Infinite! My gosh! How lucky is she. What should I say now? Yes or no?If I say yes, Yoora will be disappointed at me, and if I say no I will lose my only opportunity to get to know him. We're talking about the boy I've had a crush on since his debut almost 5 months ago.

'Hello?" He snaps his fingers in front of my face. "Can you answer my question, are you my mystery girl?" He is still looking at me, confuse.

I take a deep breath and say, "Yes".
I said "Yes," shoot! What am I going to do now? What am I doing?

But hold on a second! I don't see anything wrong with this; after all, they aren't lovers or dating, right? She never acknowledged any feelings that might have been involved. That they are just pals who happened to meet by chance. This shouldn't be a problem, in my opinion. Aside from that, we're talking about L. Perhaps this is my only chance to befriend him; even speaking with him is a blessing. Maybe we will laugh about it one day.

"At last I get to meet you" He hugs me, My goshhh!! This is the happiest day of my life.

Yoora's P.O.V
I happen to run into someone while looking for Myungsoo. I close my eyes, expecting to hit the ground, but instead a warm hand grabs my waist and the other grabs my arm.

"Are you alright?" The man holding me asks.

I slowly open my eyes and notice that the person who is holding me is Woohyun.

"I'm alright," I answer,

"Nice catch, Hyung." Sungyeol makes a sneaky remark, and I swiftly free myself from Woohyun's grip.

Sungyeol laughs along with the rest of the members, but L is not among them.

"Wow! I had no idea you were so strong."Hoya pounds Woohyun's not-so-visible biceps.

"Hyung, stop!" Woohyun has a scowl on his face. "I am very sorry Yoora-shi, we were playing Frisbee and I was attempting to catch it but accidently knocked into you," he aplogizes sincerly.

"It's okay," I smile.

"So Noona (Addressed by a male to an older woman) what are you doing here?" Sungjong inquires.

"I'm looking for someone! But where is L? I don't see him."I inquire, scanning from my right to my left.

"In his normal spot, sleeping under the tree, probably reading Hamlet, for how many friggin times, I don't know." Sunggyu sighs.

Sleeping under the tree? What a coincidence, shoot! Myungsoo! Gosh I constantly forget about him while meeting them, I should start looking for him.

"Would you like to join us?" Dongwoo asks.

"It's okay Sunbae (Senior), sorry but some other time maybe, I have to go." I said and then head towards the other side in search of Myungsoo.

Something caught my eye as I look around; a boy and a girl were cuddling under the tree. Something felt familiar, perhaps their physics; the boy soon releases the girl from the hug, and my eyes widen.

This cannot be happening; the boy and girl are none other than L and Jia. I take off my spectacle and rub my eyes again and again, hoping that I am only day dreaming. Seeing them together so close, I don't know why but it makes me feel miserable.

"There you are," someone says, drawing L and Jia's attention to me, and then I turn around to see the rest of the Infinite members approaching towards us.

"Am I dreaming or did I see Myungsoo hugging this girl. Looks like someone's hormones came into track." Sungyeol chuckles as he teases.

"Yah! there is nothing wrong with my hormones okay. Yours are the ones that need to be controlled" L retorts.

"Woahh there Myungsoo, a little too defensive don't you think." Hoya patted L's shoulder, while Sungyeol stood there grimacing.

My heart skips a beat, "Myungsoo? Where?" I glance around.

"Here" Woohyun turns my head towards L.

"HIM?" I asked pointing at L.

"But he is L"

"Yap! But that's his stage name; Kim Myungsoo is his real name." Woohyun explains.

Did I hear it right? Myungsoo is L, L is Myungsoo. My day can't get any better than this. It's him, and all this time I have been fighting with my feelings thinking I am a horrible person for having feelings for two people. However, why was he hugging Jia? Why are they even together? As far as I know they are not even close or friends.

"Yes, I am Kim Myungsoo." He rubs his neck and smiles sheepishly, "But why are you surprised?"

"Nothing" I shake my head smiling like an idiot, after a while he is going to find out that I am his mystery girl; I can't wait to tell him.

"L who is she?" Dongwoo nods his head towards Jia.

"Funny how since this morning we have seen him talking with these two girls, a scenario I would have never imagined. He always stays away from girls" Hoya raised an eyebrow.

"Don't mind him, he is speaking nonsense" L nudges Hoya's head,

"Anyway, Guys do you remember that girl I told you about, my Mystery girl?" L starts, a grin plaster over his face.

My heart skips a beat as I realise it is really him. Does he know it's me? The anticipation is killing me; I don't think I can handle it. I've been wondering how he looks for two months, and now that he's here and about to acknowledge me, I'm shivering from within..

"Yah! How can we not know, you talk about her like, all the time." Sunggyu rolls his eyes.

"And its annoying." Woohyun retorted.

Myungsoo tells the boys that Jia is his mystery girl. Did I hear it right? What is he talking about, what the hell is going on here? I cannot express what my feelings are right now. My heart feels as if it's stuck in a suffocating environment; it's tight.
