Alex's POV

"It sucks we only have one class together," Lexie said as we walked around campus waiting for our next class to start. I would be walking over to the east side of the building for my writing class and she would be walking to the West side of the building for one of her classes.

"Well I think we spend enough time together Lex," I said as she giggled and then let out a terrified screech before waking a guy in the chest.

"You asshole...you just scared the shit out of me," she said as the man chuckled. I looked at him carefully as he seemed familiar and I tried to place where I had seen him before, "Alex...this is Adam, Adam this is my best friend Alex."

"Nice to meet you," he said waving at me slightly as I nodded still trying to figure out where I had seen him.

"The party," I finally said cluing in as Lexie and Adam looked at me with their eyebrows arched, as they looked at me confused. "The party...that's where you met him right," I said as Lexie nodded her head and let a smile stretch across her face.

"Yes...that's where we met and I called my parent's and they approve already...apparently the Williams already know the Johnson's," she said as he chuckled and kissed her softly on the lips as I shook my head and looked across the street seeing him again. He was bent down in front of his bike with his hand on the tire; he removed his sunglasses and stuck them in the pocket of his leather jacket before he moved closer to his bike and continued to look at the tire looking very frustrated until his frustration grew to anger. I could hear Lexie and Adam speaking but I was to busy watch...I mean gazing at the guy to listen to them, he shook his head and stood up again as he turned his head and then looked at me as I looked back at Lexie and Adam trying to make it seem like I was in conversation with them.

"And then I just fell in love with those eyes," Adam said as I shook my head actually glad that I had tuned them out and didn't listen to them. "So if you don't see your best friend that much I'm very sorry but I just love her to much to not be with her all the time," he said leaning his forehead against hers.

"Take her anytime you want to Adam," I said patting his shoulder and walking off. I took the chance to glance over at the guy again only this time he wasn't there, the bike sat by the curb with his helmet sitting on the seat but he was no where to be seen. For some reason I felt disappointment creep up on me...I was actually disappointed that I didn't get to see him again...what the hell was going on with me, why was I feeling this way, why had this man made me think about him, why was he so different from the rest of the guys. It's not like I liked him or anything...I couldn't like him, he's poor and for all I know he could be a criminal or a rapist or a runaway...but for some reason he had managed to make his way to my brain...and I don't know how to get him to go away.

"Nine o'clock and don't even think about being late or ditching on me you hear me Wilson," Lexie said as I groaned and nodded my head.

"Yes Lexie I heard you the first eighteen thousand times you told me," I answered back as I looked at my book trying to concentrate on my homework.

"I know that but if I don't keep reminding you then you'll never show up," she said as I continued to look at my book highlighting a few things so I could prepare for the test that I would be taking tomorrow afternoon.

"Well Lex unlike you I don't like going to parties...I like being here and reading or watching TV or studying...creating new designs for my line of clothes that will be out by twenty Fifteen," I said as she giggled and shook her head.

"I know...but you have plenty of time to do that so going to a party with me every now and then won't kill you...besides it's almost the end of November and we've hardly spent any time together."

"That's not my fault your always with Adam," I said as I moved my feet making the back of my foot hit my bum as I lay on my stomach still looking at my book.

"Well he's my boyfriend so of course I'm always with him but I need my Alex time to so promise me you'll be there," she said as I sighed and nodded my head agreeing to her stupid party thing again even though I don't want to. Only this time we'd be going to a club downtown and I'm not complaining it's only a ten-minute walk but when it gets dark it gets dangerous.

"Thank you Alex...I'll see you tonight," she said excitedly before she ran out leaving me in peace. I sighed and looked at the clock seeing four o'clock stretch across in red block letters. I sighed and took another two hours to study before I called for a pizza and ate my dinner, I placed the leftovers in the fridge and then quickly hopped into the shower. My thoughts wondering to that guy on why he was so frustrated today...why he seemed mad all of sudden after looking at his bike almost as if something had happened to it that I didn't see. I know what a nice thought to be thinking about while your showering but like I said I couldn't get the dude out of my head...it's like he had invaded my brain and was never going to leave.

After showering I quickly got dressed and then grabbed my bag that held my wallet, I walked out of the dorm locking the door behind me before I walked outside and headed into the downtown area. Just as I it the club it started raining which I was glad and sad about. I had already arrived at the club so at least I wouldn't get wet but then later on when I had to walk home I would be drenched unless it stopped by then. I looked around the club trying to catch sight of Lexie or Adam but I couldn't see them anywhere, I sighed and pulled out my cell sending her a text asking her where she was. The crowded room seemed to get tighter and tighter as I made my way through them looking around for Lexie, I looked at my phone and still had no answer from her. I sent her a few more texts over the next hour and waited but nothing happened, Lexie was nowhere to be found and she wasn't answering her phone either. I maneuvered my way through the people again and finally made it outside as the rain had picked up, I shook my head and stayed under the sign cause at least that was stopping the rain from hitting me.

I moved off to the side so that way people could enter the club and leave if they wanted to. I looked back at my phone hitting the call button before my phone battery died making me groan and shove my phone in my purse looking around, this means I couldn't call a cab which means I had to walk home at night and it was now twelve at night. It was pitch black outside and I felt like I had just entered the worst horror movie ever...the one that ends with me dying or being buried in the ground or tossed in a ditch left to die. I walked a few blocked before I noticed that I was being followed which again I state...I've entered a horror movie. I walked a little faster as they laughed and started after me picking up there pace as well.

"HEY...W-WAIT UP SWEETHEART," one of them yelled as I shook my head knowing they were drunk. I sped up my pace turning a corner and continued off down the street holding my bag closer to me before I noticed them walking faster after me, I turned another corner and continued before I let out a frightening scream as a hand gripped onto my arm dragging me into an ally way and a hand clamped over my mouth muffling my scream.
