The moment you stepped inside the Fukurodani's Gymnasium; people started looking at you dearly. Today you were wearing a white crop top shirt paired with a black high waist jean and a vans shoes. Am I violating the school dress code? You asked yourself as you noticed the sticky stares making you feel uncomfortable.
"Oya Akaaashi!" an owl-like guy with a white-grey spiky hair called Akaashi who was walking alongside you. His eyes were glittering as he approached the both of you. "Who is this beautiful woman Akaashi? Is she your girlfriend?" he asked.
You choked at the question; Girlfriend? The thought made you blush. Blush? So, I know how to blush now? The feeling has overwhelmed you. No, it was Akaashi's presence who totally t swept you off of your feet. Am I having a crush? you asked yourself.
"Bokuto-san please calm down you're being rude to [Y/N]-san." Akaashi answered him but Bokuto looked like he didn't get what he wanted.
So to clear the air, you bowed your head and introduced yourself to him. "Hello I'm Yuuki [Y/N] from the Monthly Volleyball Magazine, I'll be taking your photographs today." You swiftly said.
"Oya? She's from that magazine!" he yelled.
Hearing that, people began to swarmed around you like you were a famous celebrity star or something. "Hello Yuuki-san, welcome to Fukurodani." A girl with a reddish-brown hair offered a handshake to welcome you. "Oh, you must be the manager. Thank you for accepting our inquiry, it's an honor to work with all of you." You replied, gladly accepting her hand.
"It's an honor for us too Yuuki-san." She replied.
"Akaashi, why do you call her by her first name?" I heard Bokuto whispered to Akaashi.
"Oh, you can call me by my first name too Bokuto-kun. I may be your photographer today but I'm still a highschool student, you don't need to act too formal in front me." You said. Damnit, why am I being too friendly with them? Where's my "professionalism"?
"Oh, really? That was unexpected, from what school are you?" The manager asked.
"Shiratorizawa Academy." You plainly answered hoping the name Ushijima Wakatoshi won't get mix in the topic, which is impossible of course. For some, you can't think of Shiratorizawa without thinking of the ace.
"Oya? You know Ushi-"you interrupted him.
"Can I ask you a favor and help me carry some stuffs needed for the shoot?" you asked.
Akaashi who happened to know your frustrations on Ushijima helped you got out of the topic by dragging Bokuto and the others outside to get the remaining equipments left on your car.
"I can't believe you're a student like us, how can you be at school and work at the same time [Y/N]-san? That's tiring for sure!" one of the third year, Akinori Konoha said.
"I believe she's very talented and smart to be able to juggle both school and work, Konoha-senpai." Akaashi commented which made you flushed.
"Oh no I'm not that special Akaashi-kun, I just enjoy the work that's it. We're pretty similar if I must say, you play volleyball and studying as well just like how I am working and attend school." You explained. Though compliments sound sweet, you don't want them to think highly about you. After all, you're still not that good and have a long way ahead to improve your craft.
"But you're getting paid and we're not." Konoha said with a hint of jealousy in his tone.
"Oh yeah, how much to you earn?" Bokuto excitedly asked.
