You Are Not Alone (Jensen x Reader)

When you and Jensen left the beach you quickly ran to your apartment and changed; not without a few moments of Jensen distracting you as he kissed you and almost kept you from getting dressed. You couldn't help but have a part of you worry that Jensen was just pretending to be ok with things. 

As you watched him switch to a nice button up you couldn't help but wonder if all of this was an act; you wondered if he proposed to you because of his jealousy of James and your friendship or if he was fine with going to dinner so he could show James that he was there and you two were dating. You shrugged it off pulling yourself out of your thoughts as you walked over to Jensen giving him a hug and then heading over to James's together. 

By the time you and Jensen reached James's house Liz was already there and from how well you knew her, she'd already had a few drinks and was pulling some moves. You laughed thinking maybe you shouldn't have come and as you turned to tell Jensen you guys could head home Jensen looked at you as if he read your mind, saying

"We're doing this, so stop thinking and just have a good time." Then he knocked on the door and James was welcoming you guys in. You smiled handing James the bottle of wine you had grabbed before you left and then you looked around complimenting James on how nice his place looked and then you found Liz sitting on the couch. You smiled at Jensen then walked over to Liz whispering

"The best part of this place is seeing you in it." You winked at her fully causing Liz to laugh and blush as she jokingly hit you but then Jensen and James were coming over to join you guys. Liz laughed standing up giving Jensen a hug as she said 

"Well it's nice to see you stranger. How's filming going?" Jensen smiled greeting Liz as well but then joining you on the other side of the couch as he replied

"It's been busy. We have a big scene coming up so there's been a lot of fighting." Liz took a sip of her drink then looked at you asking

"Dang he's like a lock. Do you get any details of your show since you're on the inside now?" You laughed shaking your head as you replied

"Nope. He doesn't spoil anything for me." You all laughed then Liz looked at Jensen asking

"Jensen when did you work with Jannie? She talks so highly of you." Liz laughed and took another sip of her drink then continued "I honestly think you helped my girl here get the role from how obsessed Jannie is with you." Liz and James laughed but you chuckled, a little nervous from what Liz meant by that. You wondered if Jannie really meant to hire you or if it was just a favor for Jensen. 

Jensen wrapped his arm around your shoulder and then replied to Liz in a calm manner

"Jannie was the director for my first movie and we got along really well; she's a good friend. And all I did was tell her that Y/n here is truly talented." Jensen then looked down at you saying "And that's the truth." 

Liz jokingly acted disgusted as she stood up and asked James for another drink. James walked with Liz into the kitchen and then you and Jensen began to walk with them to join everyone for dinner. You and Jensen were setting the table while the other two were taking care of the food. When the final plate was set you grabbed your drink and sat down and instantly Jensen sat next to you, putting his arm around you again. For a second you thought it was normal but then throughout dinner you watched as Jensen made strict eye contact with James and mainly kept the conversation between them. 

Throughout dinner you couldn't help but worry that Jensen was just making it appear as though you were his territory to James. You were fine until Jensen pulled your chair closer to his. You scowled at him pushing away and then said

"What are you doing? I'm fine right here." Jensen squinted his eyebrows confused why you were acting this way, but then you stood up looking at your friends saying
