As you stood in the bathroom with Liz, you couldn't think straight anymore. You were pregnant. You didn't know what to think, honestly you were excited and wanted to keep the baby, but you had no idea what Jensen would think. He already has a kid and a busy life, is he going to want another one? You started to worry that he was going to be mad at you, or tell you to get rid of the baby and now you were crying again. 

Liz did just as you had earlier, started rubbing the sides of your arms trying to calm you down but then she just looked at you saying

"Y/n everything is going to be alright. Jensen has JJ already, so he will just be happy to have another kid, and you guys are getting married! So you'll move in together completely, and then you'll start your family." She wiped your eyes and pulled your face to look her in the eyes as she demanded

"Tell me what you're thinking or worrying about. Talk this out, before we have to go back out there and you are going to have to figure out what to say to Jensen and Cory." You exhaled as she said this, realizing you would have to face both of the boys once you walked out. But when you looked back to Liz you softly asked

"What if he doesn't want to keep it. Liz he's an actor. A famous actor! He has such a busy life style and what if having this baby is horrible for him, or makes him want to break up with me?" Liz had a light smile as she replied

"I thought the same things, but then I told myself 'I know what kind of man James is, and I know he wouldn't be mad at me. He might be upset, but he won't be mad or not help me.' And you know the same thing is true about Jensen. Jensen is a great guy, one of the only reasons I've let him stay. We don't know how he will react but regardless, this baby is not going to grow up alone! I will be here for you." You laughed and leaned your head on Liz's shoulder and tried to calm yourself down with deep breaths. After a few moments you started to smile as you looked at Liz saying

"Liz I could get the cutest little converse for this kid." Liz burst out laughing before she replied

"Oh hell yes! But, also this kid is going to get some nice clothes from it's Auntie Liz." You both laughed and then you felt yourself start to get happy about the thought of having a child. Then Liz put her purse on the sink and turned back to you as she said

"Ok. So we are going to deal with this as it comes. BUT it still is your birthday. So we are going to get our faces touched up and then we are going to go out there and have a great time." You took a deep breath then, nodded and stepped closer to Liz so she could fix your make up.

By the time the two of you were ok and walked back out to the bar, Cory was with James and Jensen; joined with Mackenzie and a lot of your other friends, like Misha, Osric and all the crew from your movie. Looking around you had noticed no one else was in the bar; Jensen had bought the place out. When you started to walk over with Liz, Jensen got everyones attention and they all screamed happy birthday. You couldn't help the smile on your face, seeing all your friends in one area. Osric was first to give you a big hug and then as you walked over you greeted others until you reached Jensen. You linked arms with him, giving him a big hug and a kiss before you whispered

"I didn't know we were making this a big party?" Jensen chuckled as he noticed you seemed a little shy about it but then he kissed your forehead and calmly replied

"You deserve to have a great birthday, and like I said this is going to be a night you won't forget." You laughed and then made a face at Liz before you turned back to Jensen saying

"It already is." You felt yourself starting to get worked up and thought you were going to cry but before you did, Liz wrapped her arm around you as she turned to everyone else saying loudly
