*beep beep*
my phones alarm went off at 10:45 giving me enough time to get downstairs and make liv breakfast before she wakes up at 11:30.

"turn it off" liv says as she's still half asleep.

"sorry babe" i say giving her a kiss on the head.

"it's fine, i still love you" she said.

"i love you more" i end off with that closing the door and heading down to the kitchen.

i turn on the speaker, but turns out it was dead. i wanted some noise while i cooked, so i turned on the television. but what i saw, i was definitely not prepared for.

i facetime jack, and tell him.

"do we have to leave again" he asks.

"if he dies.. sadly yes" i respond.

"this is why we should've stayed in LA man." and with that he hangs up the phone.

i put all the ingredients away, not wanting to stay in the house anymore. i go get my stuff from livs room while she's in the shower and leave back to the hotel.

liv.

i woke up to the sound of my alarm, realizing i was able to start taking regular showers today. while i was in the shower i heard some stuff shuffling around, it was probably just daniel getting dressed.

i finish my business in the shower and get out wrapped in just a towel making my way to my room.
not to see daniel anywhere i head downstairs.

and when he wasn't in the kitchen or outside, i started to get a bit confused. i went up to the guest room the boy's were staying in.

"jack" i say, since he's usually the only one awake.

"hey liv" he says on the game.

"have you seen daniel, he's not home" i ask.

"he said he went to finish some business, then get dunkin for you and the girls" he says .

"oh okay" i say.

unfinished business ? if he was at the studio the boys would've went with him. and if he was going to the hospital it would be with me for a appointment.

what is he hiding?

a couple hours later

since it was saturday, it was our annual movie night. we all gathered in the living room, with popcorn, pizza, soda, and candy.

but daniel was still not home, and hasn't answered anyone's calls or messages. we were all getting pretty worried, considering he would check in atleast once when he was gone.

it was kiara, me, liv, charlie, zach, johnny, then the why don't we boys, from left to right on the deluxe sofa. with still some room left for others.

we were halfway through the second movie, me and kiara basically intertwined with each other, due to how scary this movie was, when there was a knock on the front door.

"it's 9 o'clock, somethings not right" johnny says.

"what" i ask

"it's not midnight liv, and there's someone knocking at your door" zach adds.

"yeah cause god for bid someone actually comes to my door at a reasonable time" i say sarcastic while me and kiara go to get the door, while the others still watch the movie.

i open the door to see two cops, neither of which looked very friendly.

"hello officers, how can i help you" i say as polite as humanly possible.

"hello ma'am, is this the residence of an Olivia Andrews?" he asks.

"i'm olivia, am i in some type of trouble" at this point i am very scared.

"no ma'am, not at all, just need you to come down to the station tomorrow to answer some questions about .. one second" he pulls out his notepad.

"amari anderson, you were the lifeguard who tried to help the young boy, correct or no?" he added.

"yes sir, one of the three on duty" i say almost choking.

"and the other two were, Lana Perez, and Ellie Harrison is that correct" he asks

"yes sir" i say.

"ok, that's all just come by the station tomorrow, the three of you will be there, we will ask you some questions, and you'll be good to go" he says.

"thank you officers" i say smiling.

"you have a nice night ma'am" they say leaving

"yeah you too" i close the door and me and kiara make our way back to the living room.

everyone was staring at us, wanting to know who was at the door and why it took us so long to come back to watch the movie w them.

"well... what happened" charlie asks.

"two cops, asking about amari" i say shakily.

"awh liv, well what did they say" olivia asks.

"i have to come by the station tomorrow with ellie and lana and answer some questions about him... shit i just forgot about the whole situation" i say with tears in my eyes.

olivia and kiara embrace me with a hug, holding me tight while the door flies open, and in walks the one and only daniel.

with pain and anger going through my body i instantly get up and slowly walk over to him, him taking his shoes off.

"where the fuck have you been" i say pushing him.

"out" he says.

"out ? for eight to nine hours ? you were just out ? you didn't answer my texts, my calls, my facetimes. just cause you were out?" i say with tears falling down my face.

"i had to get out okay? i'm tired i'm going to sleep" he says.

"yeah, you can sleep with the boys if you're tired, or the couch is open" i say getting a water from the fridge.

"what" he says looking at me like i'm insane.

"couch or boys you pick" i say with an attitude.

"what about with you" he says.

"oh, that wasn't an option. i'm just gonna act like you were gone till tomorrow morning and sleep by myself... goodnight" i say with a smile and head up to my room.

daniel.

"damn bro, she just bitched you out ... hard" zach says.

"permission to slap zach" jack asks.

"permission granted.. i'm gonna go talk to liv" olivia says.

olivia heads up to livs room to talk to her while the boys huddle around me, including johnny, zach, and charlie.

kiara goes upstairs to the guest room to play fortnite and takes johnny, zach, and charlie with her. letting me and the boys talk.

"bro did you do it" jonah asks instantly.

"yeah i did it, it took i while, but it's done. everything will be fine by morning, and we can stay" i say back.

"stay for how long though" jack asks.

"right, it's usually just a few weeks man. and we like them. we wanna stay" zach pleads.

"forever, we will be able to stay forever guys" i say back with a smile on my face.

i'm not letting one mistake keep me from being with liv. she's everything to me, i'm not leaving her side. atleast not yet.
