Minerva woke up the next morning, the realisation hit her that they had forgotten to go to Gringotts yesterday for an inheritance test. She quickly changed, then snuck into Harry's room.
"Aguamenti" She whispered, a gush of water streaming out of her wand, hitting Harry in the face.
"What the bloody hell was that for?" He shouted, glaring at minerva slightly. Minerva giggled, drying him with a flick of her wand.

"First of all, language young man. Second of all, aren't I allowed to wake you up with water? Third of all, we forgot to go to gringotts yesterday, so I had to wake you up early so that we wouldn't be waiting in a queue for hours. We have things to do!" Minerva exclaimed, a smug expression written upon her face. Harry stares back, hesitating a moment, before replying,

"First of all, I am allowed to swear as you woke me up from my sleep with water - something I'd only expect off of Fred and George. Second of all, no you are not allowed; I would prefer to wake up with a small tap on the shoulder. Third of all, I do not mind waking up early, however water is not a necessary part of the equation!" Harry was near shouting by the end of it, his accent copying Minerva's almost entirely. He turned away from Minerva, looking out of the window. Minerva looked shocked, scared that she had angered him.

"I... I'm sorry Harry, I didn't mean it like that. I thought it would be funny." Minerva day down on the soaking wet bed, head looking down. She felt a hand on her shoulder, turning around to see the young boy smirking.
"I'd say it's one all now, no?" Minerva stared, mouth agape before she hugged the young boy.
"Hmm.... maybe I should ground you. It seems like you have become to cunning even for me. I shall take away your wand?"
"But I can't use my wand anyway. Not with the trace." Harry looked back with a brief flash of confusion, before he quickly masked it up.
"Well.... Some families have very good relations with the goblins. Goblins are the best ward casters alive. One of the wards they can out up blocks the trace. Come, get dressed, we shall leave for Gringotts immediately afterwards."
Minerva swept out of the room, as Harry stared incredulously, before snapping himself out of it and getting dressed. He was going to have a lot of fun living with Minerva, he decided.

At Gringotts, Harry and Minerva both bowed to the guards guarding the doors, Harry noticing a flash of confusion and respect on their faces, before it went back to their normal passive expression. He smiled at them again, and they quickly entered the bank. Once there, they were able to quickly jump to the front of the queue, many magicals preferring to come in later.

"Name and Purpose," The goblin at the desk snarled at the two, not noticing the respect they were showing.
"Minerva McGonagall and Harry Potter, we would like to meet with Harry's account manager if you will allow it please, Blackbone." The anger was wiped out of the Goblins voice, as he replied,
"Of course Lady McGonagall, Heir Potter. Riplock will see you now." Blackbone gestured to a goblin to the side, who nodded to them and led them to a large room. Harry shivered slightly.
"Thank you sir." Harry nodded to the goblin who took them to the room. He nodded back, and left the two alone.
"Come in Heir Potter, Lady McGonagall." The door opened, revealing a large room, a desk in the middle and a large throne like chair.

"Good Morning Heir Potter. I am Riplock, your account manager. I hope you can understand, but we will need to concoct an inheritance test to prove you are who you say you are, as you do not have your heir ring. Please use this knife and slit your finger, allowing seven drops of blood to fall into the paper." Harry nodded, silently taking the knife. Once the seventh drop had hit the page, he put the knife down, allowing Riplock to heal his cut and clean the knife. A moment later, words started appearing on the page

Harry James Potter
Born: July 31, 1980
Mother: Lily James Potter née Evans
Father: James Fleamont Potter
Godfather: Sirius Orion Black
Godmother: Alice Frank Longbottom née Prewitt
Heir to: Potter
  Black
Ravenclaw

Harry looked on in shock.
"But how?" He asked, partly to his aunt and partly to the goblin ahead.
"Well, the Potter is easy to explain. Your father was Lord Potter, therefore you are the heir as you are not able to become a Lord before the age of 17. Sirius Black was able to call you his heir on the day he was born, due to your great grandmother - Lady Dorea, being his Grandmother. Finally, Your mother, Lily Evans, was born out of a long line of squibs, descending from Lady Ravenclaws youngest daughter, Victoria."
Harry simply stared, dumbfounded.
"Alright," He said after a while. "You mentioned something about rings? How do they work?" Riplock smiled.
"I have your rings stored here for you. The three heir rings you will be able to wear now, while you can claim your Lord rings, at 17, as I previously mentioned. You will be able to hide the rings if you please, and they will meld into one on your finger. You can also choose to make them invisible. Here they are; place them onto your second finger on your right hand."

The rings were all beautifully carved. The first one was golden, a small ruby place delicately in the centre. Engraved into the ring, Harry could barely make out the words "Honour, Determined, Loyalty." He slipped it on, enjoying the cold feeling of the metal against his skin. He watched in fascination as the ring shrank to fit his slender fingers. He loved magic.

The second ring was bronze, with blue gemstones embedded around the whole ring, and a swirling line of silver connecting them all together. Inside the ring, the words "Wisdom, Freedom, Acceptance," were engraved, causing Harry to smile slightly. Once again he slipped it on, watching as they melded together, to form a perfect combination of them.

The final ring was solid silver, black diamond appearing all around the ring, with a larger black gemstone atop the ring band. It was almost like a combination of the two before, yet unique in a way only it could achieve. Inside, the message "Purity, Obedience, Power." The last ring melded with the two, allowing Harry to see the most beautiful thing he had seen. He willed for it to disappear, leaving just his bare hand for the world to see.

"The first ring you put on was the Potter ring, followed by the Ravenclaw and then Black ring. Each ring has its own advantage to the wearer. I know the Potter ring has a mild shield charm against physical attacks and spells. However you would have to ask the Black family manager, Redstone to find out. No one controls the founders vaults, as they have been closed for a very long time, however there may be information in there. I shall see if Redstone is free now, and we can ask him about the black ring. Would you like to visit your vaults today?" Riplock said, standing up and gesturing for the two to come with him. Harry shared a brief look with his guardian, before nodding.
"Yes please master Riplock. And thank you for everything you've done today."

"There's no master. Only Riplock."
