I looked around frantically. The priest's words rang in my ear" that was amazing your demon is truly magnificent " those were his exact words. And then I noticed it a animal right in front of my feet sitting down while staring up at me with it's big bleu eyes. It was completely black its shimmering fur,or should I say feathers shinend in the sunlight. I was in complete and uther shock I had summonde a grifowl. A demon with the body of a cat feathers for tail, you could compare them to those of a peacock put these were completely black and so were his wings. As last it had the head of an owl with tiny cat ears on top.

After the ceremony was over and everyone had left I picked up my demon and made my way to the priest who had stayed behind to answer the questions of the new summoners. Once the girl with the purple symbol left I went to ask some questions. "sir" I said in a shy but confident voice. He turned to me and looked at me before he asked. "What can I do for you child" I wanted to ask some questions, sir. I said. He nodded for me to continue. I want to know a little bit more about my demon, I only know it's name. He nodded again and began his explanation.

Well that you don't know much about this demon is not so weird because they are really rare that you got one as a beginner's demon is ever more rare. Even though it's not much of a fighter, it is one of the best hunters in the whole demon realm. It can fly up to 20 km an hour without making a noise. They symbolize freedom and willpower. The more they can see of the world the happier so I am guessing you are planning on going on travels?

It was a tiny but thick book. I looked at it in confusion. He handed it to me and I hasitantly accepted. When I opened it I saw line after line of an elegant hand writing. Sometimes the writing was interrupted by a drawing when I looked closer I noticed it were drawings of demons. In that book is everything you need to know about demons and to tame more demons you need to level up. Right now your level is 21 that is already really high but you can go even higher. Your demon it's level occupation is 4 which means you can still tame demons up to level 17. Alright thanks a lot, sir. You said while leaving. Your demon jumped on your shoulder and rubbed it's head against yours.

When home you went straight to bed dumping de dumb dress somewhere. Once in bed you thought to yourself" tomorrow, tomorrow ill leave on my adventure" with that thought you drifted into a dreamless sleep.

The next day I was excited, I couldn't wait to leave this small, boring village. I was packing when my demon came up to me and started making a cat like noise. I looked at it and asked what it needed. It looked down I didn't quite understand what it was trying to say. Are you hungry? I asked. It made that weird noise again. Hmmmm, I'll take that as a yes. I went through the stuff I was packing and found my small bag of food. I took a pre-baked peace of deer and threw it at my little companion, who gulped it down in a few bites. After that it went to sleep in a corner and stopped bothering me.

I was done packing, got my money from selling my house and what I had saved and was ready to leave. I bought myself papers so that I was able to enter and leave every gate I stumble upon. That did make a dent in my money pouch but I should be fine. I got my hunter gear which existed out of a bow, arrows, some knifes and a leather bag with rope and flint and steel in. In my other backpack I got some clothes, food, money and some other stuff. I was completely ready and pumped I made my way to the gate and once out I felt like I was freed from invisible chains. It was almost relieving. And that's how I went my way to a destenation unknown.
