Chapter Thirty Four

We had been flying for a while now, but the dot you first saw was now a full island. And it was HUGE! We where high in the sky so I could watch over the whole thing. I saw some mountains with colorful stuff in front of it. Everywhere was green, with trees and rivers. It was all so pretty. As we got closer and closer to the colorful stuff at the base of the mountains we started losing hight. We were still so far away and if we landed now we would definitely need to walk at least another week. Sadly kirishima was to tired to fly any further so we eventually did land.

Once on the ground I couldn't see the colorful things anymore but I could see the tips of the mountains, so they would help me navigate. I mad emy way off of kiri and onto the soft grass. No long after bakugo followed and kiri started shrinking.

So what now? I asked turning to the blond. He grinned. Now we go home. With that he left for the mountains, not turning around to see if we where following.

The night had came and we sat around the campfire eating, talking and looking at the stars. The weather sure is different here. I said. I had already changed into my summer clothes. The winter ones where so hot I couldn't even walk anymore. Even now I wasn't wearing any more then my black bandages covering my whole body, my black baggy pants, my black sports bra and my fingerless gloves. I didn't even bother putting on my sweater since it was so warm. If it got any hotter I still had my pair of shorts to switch with my pants.

It was morning and I woke up all stiff from the position I slept in. As I stretched I saw bakugo sitting at the fire, cooking some meat. He had last watch so I guess he went hunting. I walked over to him and took two of the three sticks he was holding. With the food in hand I walked over to the still deeply sleeping redhead and held the meat in front of his nose. As I soflty blew on it you could hear sniffing noises and not long after the stick was ripped from my hands. I walked back to my stuff and started packing to the bestof my ability while eating.

We where back on the road. Bakugo was walking ahead while kiri walked next to me. If we stayed in this tempo we would get there in two days.

Sadly when the sun reached its peak, it became to hot to walk. As I slumped my body against a rock I searched my backpack for my shorts. I took of my long pants, thankfull for my underwear. I took out another roll of bandages and started wrapping my legs in it. While doing so I was unaware of the eyes lingering on the multitude of scars covering my legs.

Kiri's pov

As I sat down and took of my back bag I noticed (y/N) taking of her pants. I started blushing like crazy seeing her in only her underwear. But my embarrassed face quickly got replaced by one of shock and horror. Both her legs were covered in big and small scars. From the beginning of her underwear till the tip of her toes. Like damn! She even had them at the inner side of her legs. How far did these people go? As I looked at the cravings in her legs I noticed her carefully, with skilled hands, wrapping her legs up in those black bandages of her. So this is why she wears those all the time. I realized with a sad expression. Being unable to look any longer I started searching for my canteen and turned the other way.

Bakugo's pov

As I stood in the shadows, leaning against a tree. I saw (y/N) taking of her pants. I raised an eyebrow as to why she would do this when I saw the pair of shorts laying besides her. As she completely removed the material I blushed a bit at the sight of her in her underwear. Now that I got a better look t the skin she would constantly hide, I quickly found the reason. Almost every inch of her body was covered in big and small scars. It wasn't a pretty sight. Shit, that must have happened in the dungeon. I thought looking away as she started wrapping up her legs in bandages.

Once I finished the black material was up to under my underwear. It sat comfy as I pulled my shorts over it. I looked up at the boys noticing how they both turned away from me. Must be because of me sitting in my underwear. I thought. Guys im dressed you can look now. I said as they turned to me. The first thing I noticed was their expression. Kirishima wore a blank face with dull eyes, but that changed when he laid eyes on me, he got back to normal with his cheeky grin and shiny ruby's. Bakugo on the other hand seemed to be deep in thought and didn't snap out of it when I called his name. Shrugging my shoulders I turned back to kiri. So when will we be back on the road? I asked looking up at the burning sun. He looked up as well. If we walk another hour or so, we will reach a forest. From there it should go uninterrupted. I think if we wait just a little longer it'll cool down by just a little bit. He explained as I wiped the sweat of my forehead. I nodded my head in understanding as I went to search for my water. Sure we can leave soon. Just a little nap and I'll be energized again. I said after taking a few sips of the cool liquid. He nodded getting up and stretching his arms above his head. Yeah. Im going to see if I can hunt something down. I'm starving! I giggled as he left and got comfortable against the cold stone behind my back.
