Its ten months now ever since I received what belonged me, the town recognized me as the granddaughter to the late Mr Scott Monde and my account was extremely filled with money beginning from taxes, rent payments to personal investments.

Then comes the large sum of money he left behind for me.

"Your now the goddess of the land," Alex jokes as we stroll uphill along the trail.

Talking of it, I employed a few guys to clear the trail a little for visibility and reduce fear among people.

"But that doesn't change anything I feel about you and my foster dad Mr Smith. "

"I wanna tell you something Kath, could we talk about it over lunch?" he stops, holding my hand.

"Of course, yeah sure," I blush. Probably this was the chance I had to move on and forget about Alec who'd never called or texted me.

That blood sucker.

I'd hoped that after the town finding out about the late Mr Monde's granddaughter, Alec would have come to support me but he was no where to be seen.

Even the time when I moved out of my old room together with Mr Smith to a new house,he didn't come as well.

I just cried for him all the time, Alex was my shoulder to cry on. I understood my pain though jealousy killed him whenever I brought up the topic.

And I kept visiting the mansion every single day but same info today then tomorrow, he disappeared in thin air, is all everyone states.

And only Vondrich knew about his whereabouts, I was sure of it but he was off limits.

That afternoon, I sat across Alex having lunch in one of the most luxurious restaurants I'd never dreamt of stepping foot in a year ago but now, I was the billionaire my father wouldn't have ever dreamt of.

"Kath, about school, you've totally given up now?" Alex reminds me. I told him too about the story of my life along with Mr Smith. They did really support me and claimed it wasn't my fault but self defense.

"I know I didn't graduate highschool but what's the need for summer school when responsibilities lie before me."

"Oh Mrs President, take it cool," he says and we both laugh.

"And about the something?" I begin the topic, smiling.

He gets uneasy, "you see about that topic. I really like you but you never forget about Alex. I respect what you feel for him but his never coming back, his gone. Totally gone," he states. "Its time you moved on."

"I thought you'd never ask," I blush looking into my drink.

He moves closer to me and likewise to me, almost shutting my eyes.

When I see my father behind Alex safe and sound.

I scream so loud and fall down to the ground, drifting to pitch darkness.

Wow am here now. Its 10:18pm but the passion to write further overwhelms me. Its my addiction. Thank you everyone for your support. Xoxo
