TWO; IT'S TIME

EDWARD STOOD AT THE ALTER patiently waiting Bella's arrival. I, somehow, hadn't had the chance to see her this morning but I know Alice would've sorted her out and made her a beautiful bride. My eyes scanned around the room but something was off - everyone looked so still and emotionless. Jasper stood across from me beside Edward and Emmett, his gaze staring at me but not into me - nobody was home. Surprisingly, the wolves stood in the far left corner, Jacob too. Charlie and Carlisle sat next to each other. My stomach plummeted to the floor as the dots joined in my head. Everyone was dead. Corpses sat in front of me. My family and friends weren't there. Music played as my head snapped up - this was Bella's song, the song she would walk down the isle to. I ran down the small stairs to stop her before she realized her wedding was ruined but I was too late, the large oak doors swung open. She made her way down to me, slowly. My hand was already covering my mouth as tears brimmed. When I expected her to walk down the isle, I didn't think it would be in a coffin.

"You there?" Alice's pale fingers snapped in front of my face, my eyes focused again as I looked around. We were in the Cullen's house. Nobody was dead.

"Huh- what?" I spluttered in shock. "Yeah, sorry. I'm here" 

She looked at me confused, the makeup brush she was holding skimmed over my cheeks. "You sure? You left us for a bit" Pausing, she looked at Bella who was sat on a stool in the corner, her makeup already done. "Speak to me later" I nodded in response. "All done!"

Smiling, I stood up and looked in the mirror - I looked amazing. My hair was pulled back into a loose bun, letting my fringe frame my face perfectly - my face makeup was natural but it  accentuated what it needed to. They had worked wonders. "Oh wow" Leaning forward and revealing the most expensive looking earrings i've ever seen. "This - this is amazing, thank you"

They both laughed and Alice squealed. "Okay, I'm officially excited now. We all look great"

Bella stood up while Rose doused her in hairspray. Her hair was waved gorgeously down her back, the makeup that she'd allowed Alice to apply was bringing out her natural beauty. Her dress hung in the carrier behind her. "Thank you guys - this would've never happened without you all. I can't believe it's here"

Myself, Alice and Rose wore complimentary dresses. Alice's hung off her shoulders, she looked like a literal pixie, Rose's hugged her hourglass figure and mine was strapless, falling down to my feet. All of them a pastel purple shade. I walked over to Bella and pulled her into a tight hug. "This will all be perfect" The vision I had loomed in my mind but I wasn't going to let it ruin her big day. "Now-" I paused. "I'm gonna let you go because I can feel Rose's eyes burrowing into the back of my head" I pulled my arms away as Bella chuckled.

"Good - I was about to pull you apart" Rose walked over to Bella's dress. "Now - lets complete our blushing bride" Oh boy this was the best part. Bella's look came together, her dress perfectly complimenting her slender frame. 

Footsteps approached as Renee and Charlie entered the room, making the moment even more special. "You girls look beautiful" Was my dad actually crying? 

"Thank you dad, you don't clean up too bad yourself" I patted down his newly bought suit. I think it was the first time i've seen him wear one honestly.

"Pictures! We need pictures!" Alice grabbed a camera out of her bag and starts snapping photos of us all. Like every mother, Renee couldn't stop crying - it made my heart happy to see everyone together again.

Clasping her hands, Alice sang out. "Right, everyone! It's almost time"

Bella's shoulders fell anxiously, her breathing quickened and everyone stopped speaking. I sent waves of calm through her, she smiled at me in response. "Let's get downstairs" 

It was happening, it was finally happening. And I could not be happier.

Ahhh isn't this exciting? I think i'll start adding in authors notes at the end of each chapter so it becomes more personal. How amazing is the GIF at the start?
