Everything I wanted her to know.

Vacation.

It was finally the start of the vacation. It was the day I was long awaiting since I would get a time off from all the stress and worries of high school. I had nothing specific planned for the day. So, I was mostly just planning to watch movie and spend some time on the internet. I did have vacation homework, but like everyone else I had planned to wait till the end of the vacation to do my homework. For now, I just wanted to stay at home and spend my time in complete relaxation. I was enjoying the thought of 15 days of such enjoyment, when suddenly I got a call on my phone.

I rushed to the phone and picked it up. It was from Ryan and he said, "What's up dude? I was thinking that we should meet up today and discuss about the plans for the trip that you said you would organize. Don't worry about the expenses. I will pay half the price. "

I said, "Okay. Well, I don't have anything so specific planned for the day. So, it would be okay for me to come and discuss about the trip. So, when and where shall we meet ?"

He replied, "Let's meet at the same place where we had the group study. Come at around 1 pm. You don't have to bring any money. The food's on me."

I said, "Okay. I'll be there and don't be late like the previous time."

He replied, "Okay. Okay. I will come there on time." After that he hung up the phone and I went to doing whatever I was doing. Although I had planned not to do the assignments now, I started doing them because there was seriously nothing to do and I was bored to death. I had seriously scrolled through my facebook and instagram a million times and there was nothing new. Seriously, why the hell can't people become creative at this time? The same old poses and the same old cliched posts copied from google. Why can't they come up with something new?

I was shocked that I completed all of assignments in under 4 hours and now I was even more screwed as I had nothing to do. I just watched some random videos on youtube and spent a lot of time procrastinating. At around 12:30 pm that day, I went to meet Ryan. It was quite surprising that he was there on time and he was waiting there for me.

So, we entered the cafe. It was quiet and that was good for me as I didn't want to hear any loud noises and just wanted to have a relaxed time. For most of the time, Ryan was telling about his girlfriend and I was listening. Well, I was acting as if I was listening. Honestly, I was so sleepy that I could not remember most of the things he said.

Then he asked me, "So, where should we go?"

I thought for a while and replied, "We can go to the city festival. It is happening the next Thursday, about 8 days later. There will be a lot of food stalls and games. I have heard that there will even be a firework at night time. I guess that will be fun. What's your say on this? "

He thought about what I said and replied, "It is not a but idea. But it will be a really big problem if it rains. Don't you think so."

"That's also true. More than half of the events will be cancelled and the fireworks won't even be possible. And there is no way we can stop the rain. But it would be a really good place to relax and get our minds off the exams.", I said.

He replied, "What if we ask the others about it? I will make a group chat for it and ask if it would be okay for them."

That was a really good idea. So, I said, "Okay. That seems fair enough. But before that, have to talked to Claudia and the others about you bringing your girlfriend. Will they be okay about it?"

He replied, "I haven't asked about it. But I think they will be okay with it. "

I replied, "Listen carefully. Don't assume that everything will be alright. First of all ask them about it and convince them, then only ask them to decide about the place and where to meet. I think that all of them will agree to it. If they don't, we will have to come up with a better place. And yeah, you will be doing all of that."

He said, "Okay. But isn't it your responsibility. Your and Natasha's."

I replied, "It is. But I'd rather not think about it in that way. So we have come to an agreement haven't we. "

He unwillingly replied, "I guess. "

After all the discussion, we had a cup of coffee and I returned back home. After I reached home and checked my phone, I found that Ryan had done all that he had to do.

The next ten days of the vacation were spent, literally doing nothing and feeling bored. I didn't want to read, nor watch a movie. I was just passing time siting idly on the desk doing nothing. I was waiting for the trip to come. We had all decided to go to the festival and that we would meet at the north entrance at 4 pm. Then, we would just stroll around the entire place and it should take us about 3 hours. Then at about 8 pm, we would go to the fireworks display and that would mark the end of our trip. The plan was good and I was hoping that the trip would go as planned.

I was longing for the trip as I could only chat with Natasha, and I wanted to really meet her. I did ask her if we could meet a couple of time, but she denied saying that she had some family matter and was busy. She would also deny to have a video call.So, I was just waiting to finally meet her and have a long chat with her.
