Everything I wanted her to know.

So it begins.

 I woke up and got ready to walk to school. " I don't want to get late today as well." I said to myself. I had my meal and got dressed and rushed out of the front door. I took really quick steps and try to avoid being late at all cost. As I walked through the street, I saw a girl about my age with the school's ID card wrapped around her neck. She had a shiny black hair and a really cute face. I couldn't help falling for her. She had an alluring aura and it ensnared me. I rushed to get a closer look of her. But as I was about to cross the road, the lights turned green and I have to wait for two minutes.Those were the two most upsetting and restless moments of my life. As soon as the lights turned red, I ran to look for her but I couldn't find her anywhere.

Then at a distance I saw Ryan and Claudia approaching towards me. Ryan was teasing Claudia as usual and Claudia was trying to get him to stop. I meet them and greet them " Good morning." Claudia cheerfully replies, "Good morning, Raph." And Ryan said, " So the lucky boy is not late today." We talked throughout the way and arrived at school. I head to the library to borrow a book and there I find the girl that I met in the morning. She was looking through some books. I wanted to go and talk to her but I couldn't convince myself to be brave enough to do that. She took the book "Scarlet Letters" and went out of the library. I was scolding myself for having let such a great opportunity go away.

Then I walked to my classroom and I felt a moment of joy as I entered through the doors and find the girl in the same class as me and seated just in front of my seat. It was like a dream come true.  She was looking out of the window. It seemed like she didn't have any friends yet. So, I persuaded Claudia to go and talk to her and later introduce me to her. Claudia looked to me in the eyes and gave an evil devilish smile. I had no idea what she was about to do. She went to the new girl and started talking to her. After a few minutes, both of them looked back at me and Claudia pointed her finger to me. The new girl blushed and I had no idea what the fuck was going on anymore. 

Then the classes began and the new girl gives her introduction. She goes ahead and says,"Hi. I am Natasha and I will be studying in the same class as you. I missed my first day since I was not feeling well. I hope to make really good friends with you here." Then she looked at me and blushed again. Her actions made me more and more confused. I had to know what is going on. After the lunch break began, I rushed to Claudia to asked her what she had told Natasha. Claudia was with Ryan as usual. I asked her what she told Natasha.

She said, "Nothing much. I just told her that a certain someone was crushing on her and the certain someone requested me to go talk to her. I also invited her to have lunch with us. She might be here any moment from now."

I feel shocked and said," You did not. How can you? What... No .... Now I won't be able to face her. Did you really just do that?"

"Trust me. I don't like to lie about what I have done. If you don't trust me, ask her yourself. Don't be a chicken."

Ryan interrupted, "Woah. I guess you will have to man up now. She is heading here right now. Its now or never, man."

Natasha approached the table and sat right besides me. I felt a sense of extreme discomfort and awkwardness as if there was a wall placed between us. "I should try break the ice and start a conversation." I thought. 

Then I said, "So Natasha, you are into classic books. What classic books have you read ?" Then I instantly regretted saying that after a see a confused look on Natasha's face. "Oh shit. Now she will think of me as a stalker and a creep. My life is doomed." I think.

She took a deep breath and says, " I haven't read much classic books. But I can certainly say that I have started to like the book that I have started. I felt at ease after I realized how she didn't notice how I came to know about that."

Claudia then initiated a conversation with Natasha and Ryan and I too joined them in their conversation. For a moment, I felt at ease knowing that there weren't any strangeness  between the two of us. I thought that Claudia didn't say it and she was just pulling my leg. Then Natasha stood up to leave and whispered to me, "Meet me in the library after the classes end."

I had no idea why she called me. Thousands of ideas are constantly popping in my head and I am not able to focus on anything at all. After the classes end I told Ryan that I had somewhere to be and rushed to the library. I found Natasha sitting quietly at a corner flipping through the pages of a book. As I approach her, she asked me to sit besides her.

Then she said, "Claudia told me about how you felt about me. Is it true?"

I got a weird feeling that I should confront her then and there. I gather my courage and say," Yeah, I fell for you the moment I saw you. You were like an angel and I felt like the happiest man when I saw you in the class seated right in front of me. I didn't want to let this moment go. If I offended you, I am sorry."

She smiles and replied, " So, how do you feel about me?"

I said, "You are like a piece of paradise for me, something I desire and wish to call my own. I love you. Will you please be my girlfriend?"

She blushes and says," Yes."

For a moment, I was shocked. Although it would have been sad if I had bee rejected, but I was sort of expecting that. But when she said yes, I felt awkwardly shocked. Then I collected myself and had a long good talk with her. We talked about a lot of stuffs and were well introduced with each other.

Then we walked out of the library and we walked home together. We continued with our conversation during the walk home as well. The refreshing wind blew and we walked and the sun smiled upon us with its blessing rays. It was a perfect atmosphere and here I was having a time of my life enjoying the best moment with the girl I love. The moment was something straight out of a movie.It was a really fun time walking home with her. It gave me a heart warming sense of belonging and affection. After some time, we reached her home. I bade goodbye and went to my house. Apparently our houses were not so far from each others. I felt very happy when I got to be with her.
