You stared at the letter for a good 10 minutes before you could think. This wasnt good. Was he going to go through with this? He couldnt do this. He had such a kind heart.. you had to save him. You had to help him!

How were you going to tell him that you knew.. he was going to hate you. Of course he was. You broke his trust. You didnt know what to do. You had to confront him. You had to. You had no other choice.

That entire night you laid awake. Worrying and unable to sleep. After you got dressed and looked into the mirror you decided that you looked horrible.

You headed down into the common room where Draco was waiting for you.. all you could see was a damaged soul. You felt bad for him. You werent even angry or scared. He was litterally forced. The letter told you that. Draco looked at you and frowned.

'Are you okay?' He asked.

'Can I talk to you?' You asked.

Draco got up as you took him to a quiet corridor. Draco grabbed your chin and inspected your face.

'Did you sleep?' He asked.

'No.' You said.

'I'll tell the teacher youre sick. You have to go to bed. This is not good for you.'

You grabbed his wrist and pushed his hand away. You looked at him. Deep into his eyes. Only now you realised that they were filled with doubt and that he was scared. That was what you havent been able to place.

'It wont help.' You sighed.

'It wil! Why didnt you sleep? I send you to bed.'

You swallowed and looked at him. You were scared to tell him but you had to. This was his only chance. His only chance to open up and maybe change something about his life.

'Last night I saw you in the corridor with that letter-'

'This again?' He asked.

'Can you just listen to me?'

He sighed and nodded. The nerveus startend to creep up on you even more. Your heart was beating fast and your breath was shaking.

'You throw the letter out and I saw how upset you were. I was worried so I..'

You reached into your pocket and showed him the letter. His eyes widened as he looked at it. No one was meant to find that. It was supposed to be gone by now.

'I picked it up. Because you said it meant a lot to you.'

Draco snatched it from your hands. His entire body was tensed as he held it. His eyes darkened as he lifted his eyes to meet yours. You had never seen him like this before.

'Did you read this?' He asked, his voice suddenly very firm.

'Draco listen I-'

'Did you read this?!' He asked again.

He was almost yelling at you. He was suddenly showing a completely different side of himself. It was kinda like when you first met hi m but 3x worse. He was being hostile.

'I could see that way this changed you and I constantly asked you to talk to me. I know that what I do was wrong but it's because I care about you!' You tried to defend yourself.

'So you read it.. I thought I could trust you. I thought you were different. After this youre just another person that leaves my life because I'm a Malfoy!' he hissed.

'Draco, I'm not scared of you! I want to help you. I feel bad for you! I want to get you out of this!'

'Stop talking! If you tell anyone, I know where to find you.' He threatened. 'Now leave me alone!'

Draco stormed off. You just stood there. You already expected this reaction but it still hurt a little. Although it was your own fault. You decided not to run after him to give him space. At this point you thought he needed that..

'Pay attention, Y/N. This is the second time that Hermione shot for you.' Harry sighed.

For the rest of the day you couldnt get it together. Your classes were a mess and even the DA wasnt happening for you today. You were fighting one of the death eater robots in a circle but every time it came to you, you werent paying attention.

'Im going to take a break.' You said while leaving the circle.

All eyes were focussed on you. You knew they were but you didnt care. All you could think about was him.

'You cant just do that. We are in this together.'

'Let her be.' Hermione sighed. 'Something has been wrong with her all day. Let her have a breather.'

You gave Hermione a thankfull smile before stepped further away from the circle. This wasnt your place right now. You were only slowing everyone down. You headed towards the door while taking a deep breath.

You left the room and took a deep breath. Draco didnt go to any of his classes. He probably never wants to see you again and because of this.

You fucked up but you believed you could fix this. You headed outside for a moment. Into the snow. It was freezing but you didnt care. You had to feel something else but this constant regret.

You walked through the snow while emptying your mind. Secretly you were looking around, deseprently trying to find a sign of your favourite blonde.

Right when youwere about to give up and hate yourself for internaty.. you saw someone at the very top of the astronomy tower.. Draco?
