Mattia's POV

I heard from Lily that after we left she saw Cynthia run into Mar's house, and about 10 minutes later she saw Cynthia leaving with a duffle bag.

Mattia: Lily I need you to watch the hospital. Make sure Cynthia stays away from y/n and Kairi.

Lily: The best option for you is to be there too. Of we are all near the hospital she has no chance of getting out without running into us or the police.

Mattia: Alright.

I was about to walk away untill I felt Lily pull me back and she smashed her lips onto mine. I didn't know what to do. I kissed her back and pulled away.

Lily: I-I'm sorry.

Mattia: Don't be.

She smiled at me and we left to the hospital.
When we got to the hospital Lily stayed outside making sure that Cynthia didn't get inside the hospital. I got to y/n's room and she looked happy.

Mattia: Hey y/n.

Y/n: Mattia! Did you find Cynthia?

Mattia: No, Lily is outside making sure that she doesn't get close to you. Um are you still... pregnant.

Her face went cold and I saw Kairi tear up. I sat down next to Kairi and hugged him. I grabbed y/n's hand comforting her too.

Mattia:I'm so sorry.

Kairi: Lets not talk about it.

Mattia: Y/n I know this is already difficult for you but what did they do to you?

Y/n's POV*

Mattia asked me what they did to me and I explained what Mar did. Mattia had guilt on his face while Kairi looked pissed off.

Kairi: Should've let me kill him.

Mattia: If Lily hadn't shot him we don't know if Y/n would have made it out alive.

Kairi just stared at me and I stared back. I was memorizing every detail on his face like it was the first time I saw him.

*2 weeks later*

*y/n's POV*

There is still no sign of Cynthia. My dad wants me to move back in with him and continue what I have left of school. I refuse I'm staying with the Polibio's untill Kairi and I can move out together. I have become a member of Giacomo's Mafia. My father doesn't approve but I'm 18 and he can't say shit. He has been getting on my nerves.

Kairi:Hey is something wrong?

Y/n: Hm? Oh no.

Kairi: You sure?

Y/n: Just my dad. He has been stopped checking up on me. Its like I'm a little kid again.

Kairi: He kinda does have every reason to be bugging you this much.

Y/n: Yeah but it has been dead silent for 2 weeks. Mar and Joseph are dead.

Kairi: But if it has been silent for 2 weeks who knows what Cynthia is doing.

Y/n: Yeah.

Kairi: Do you want to go out? Like all of us.

Y/n: That sounds like fun.

Kairi and I invited everyone to go swimming at the Polibio house. Everyone agreed and met up. Lily and Mattia were flirting a lot.

Y/n: Does anyone know where Emily is?

Kairi: I haven't heard from her for a while.

Sannah: Maybe she has family issues.

Y/n: She would have told one of us.

Robert: I don't know. She wasn't ever close with any of us. Bedsides Kairi but thats done.

Y/n: I'm going to call her.

I got out of the pool and called Emily.
It went straight to voicemail. I got a call from a private number and I answered.

???: Meet me at the warehouse on 14th street. Bring Mattia. If you come armed I will kill Emily

I started to panic. Who was that on the other end? Was it Cynthia? It had to be.

Y/n: Mattia? Can I talk to you?

Mattia: Whats wrong?

Y/n: Just come here.

He got out of the pool and walked inside with me. I sat down on the couch and he could tell something was bugging me.

Mattia: Whats up?

Y/n: Someone has Emily. They want you and me to go to the warehouse on 14th street alone and unarmed.

Mattia: What? Who is it?

Y/n: If I knew I would tell you!

Mattia: Alright. Did you save the number?

Y/n: It was a private number.

Mattia: We don't have any other options.

Y/n: We can't tell the others there is no way they would let us go alone.

Mattia: Are you really going to go unarmed?

Y/n: I will but you won't. If it is Cynthia she will shoot me first. I will put on a bulletproof vest on and if she shoots me you shoot her she will be distracted.

Mattia: Alright.

We walked back outside and told everyone that we had to check up on a base in the south side of town.

Ale: You guys are going alone?

Mattia: Yeah. It's just a leader meeting.

Kairi: What does that have to do with y/n?

Mattia: She is still a Polibio dumbass.

Kairi: Alright! Keep her safe.

Mattia: I will.

Mattia and I got ready to leave and left the house. We got out of the car and walked up to the warehouse. When we walked in it was pitch black. I instantly felt like this was a trap. I grabbed Mattia's hand and continued to walk through the dark warehouse. I heard a gun cock. I saw a light turn on and I saw Emily tied to a chair. There was 2 more chairs. One next to Emily's and the other in front of the two. I turned and saw Cynthia with a gun pointed at my head.

Y/n: Hey Cynthia! I've missed you! How have you been?

Cynthia: I wouldn't be talking like that if I had a gun pointed at my head.

Y/n: Yeah but being a Polibio now that happens a lot and I'm still alive.

Cynthia: Sit down.

I walked over to the chair across from Emily.

Cynthia: Not that one!

Y/n: My bad you said sit down so.

Cythina: Cut the sass bitch! It's getting annoying.

Y/n: Yeah well I had to deal with you being a bitch for a month but I didn't complain.

She shot right next to my head leaving a cut on my cheek from the speed of the bullet. I didn't flinch. But Mattia did. Cynthia looked at Mattia.

Cynthia: Did you fall for her?!
