Kairi's POV

Y/n still got hit in the shoulder with the bullet, and just like me the bullet is stuck in her shoulder. Alejandro got hit in the stomach so when he pushed y/n it still hit her shoulder. I'm trying to think clearly. I don't know what is happening with Alejandro. I'm with Anna. She and I went with y/n in the ambulance. Y/n has to have surgery. Alejandro just needs stitches. The nurses haven't updated Anna and I yet. I saw Alejandro coming into the hospital on a stretcher. Mattia looked mad.

Kairi: What's wrong?

Mattia: I don't know, maybe my best friends got shot? And one of them has a baby. I don't know how to feel so I guess I'm mad for now.

Kairi: Everything will be okay.

I feel like I was trying to convince myself that more than comfort Mattia.

Mattia: Hey, I know you aren't okay. Just talk to me.

I couldn't hold it in anymore I sobbed and sobbed.

Kairi: What i-if we lose Emelia? Wh-what if y-y/n d-dies? W-what i-if I l-lose th-them b-both?!

*Mattia's POV*

Kairi lost it he was barely breathing. He fell into my arms and I rubbed his back trying to comfort him.

Mattia: That won't happen. They will be okay. Y/n is a bad bitch.

Nurse: Excuse me? Are you Jayden?

Kairi: Y-yeah.

Nurse: We need you to sign some papers and get you in the room with Ms. Cabrera.

Mattia: Why whats wrong?

Nurse: She needs a csection. If the baby stays in her body it will die along with her.

Kairi didn't hesitate he ran into y/n's room and they closed the door on Savannah and Anna.

Alvaro: Fuck what if y/n does die?

Mattia: Don't say that!

Nurse: Are you Diego's family? (Ale's fake name)

Mattia: Yes.

Nurse: His stitches are done and he can now take visitors. But he can't be stressed right now he is still in shock.

Mattia: Okay thank you.

We walked into Alejandro's room and he was staring at the window.

Rob: Hey man, how are you feeling?

Ale: Scared.

Mattia: Why?

Ale: Because, the bullet still hit. What about Emelia? What if something happens to y/n?

Rob: Thats not your fault. She will be okay.

I hope Robert is right.

*Kairi's POV*

After I was properly cleaned and ready to support y/n, they kicked me out again. I walked into Alejandro's room and explained everything I knew. I'm worried. I'm going to kill Tony if anything happens to Emelia or y/n.

Mattia: They will be fine. But Kairi we need to talk business.

Kairi: Okay.

We walked outside the room and Mattia instantly looked panicked.

Kairi: Whoa whats wrong?

Mattia: I'm trying to be a good friend and not freak out but I can't! Y/n is hurt really bad!

Kairi: Yeah but you said it yourself everything will be okay.

Nurse: Excuse me? The doctor needs to speak with you.

Kairi: Alright Mattia make sure Alejandro doesn't blame himself.

I walked into a office and the doctor looked bothered. No...

Kairi: W-what happened?

Doctor: We are having several complications and I hate to say it but it may have to come down to the baby or your girlfriend. I'm so sorry sir. If you need a minute you can process, but if I need an answer in about 30 minutes. There may pieces of the bullet still in her blood stream. So I can either do the csection and risk letting the shrapnel reach her heart or do the surgery and risk losing the baby.

The doctor left and I fell to the floor. I heard someone walk in. They rubbed my back and I couldn't feel anything. I wasn't mad, sad, or anything at all I'm numb.

Alvaro: I heard. What are you going to do?

Kairi: I-I, I have n-no idea.

Alvaro: Do you want to talk to everyone?

Kairi: Yes, I can't make this decision on my own.

Alvaro and I walked into the waiting room that everyone but Alejandro was in.

Anna: Whats wrong? How's y/n?

Alvaro: Shh right now Kairi needs to say something. He needs help and right now all you guys need to do is listen. Go ahead Kairi.

Kairi: I uh, I need to make a decision, and I can't. I have less than 30 minutes. I need to choose to save either y/n or Emelia...

Anna: I can't lose y/n... I just finnaly got the sister I always wanted.

Mattia: Okay are you going to tell her that you chose to kill her baby?

Anna: She'll get over it!

Robert: I agree with Anna. How will we function without her?

Savannah: Okay I love her so much, but I can't put her through losing a child again. Thats awful-

Listening to everyone talking was useless. Both sides made good points. Without y/n the Mafia would fall. She is such a strong leader. I can't raise a kid by myself. But they boys, Savannah and Anna would help me. But I can't lose her. But I don't think I could go through losing a child again. I know for a fact that y/n would hate me if I chose to save her and not Emelia. They started yelling at each other

Kairi: SHUT THE FUCK UP! YOU GUYS ARE MAKING THIS MORE DIFFICULT!

They stared at me before anyone could say anything Alvaro wrapped his arm over my shouler and walked me away.

Alvaro: Hey lets go talk to Alejandro.

Kairi: Okay.

We got to Alejandro's room and he looked like he was crying.I walked up to his bed and sat in the chair.

Kairi: Hey man whats wrong?

Ale: I heard. You have to choose. Its all my fault if I would have stayed still the bullet wpuld have went straight through her...

Kairi: You're right.
