Kairi: You're right. But there is nothing you could have done. Its not your fault. The bullet could have hit her stomach, or her shoulder blade and gotten stuck. We can throw the 'if' word around but it doesn't change what just happened or what will happen.

Ale: I know you have to choose, so please listen. Choose to save Emelia. Y/n will be happy with that choice. She will be with her first baby and she will still get to see her baby girl grow up. But if you choose to save y/n, she will not be happy. Y/n prefers to save people. She has tried to take a bullet for all of us at least once. I know its bad of me to eavesdrop, but I heard when she thought you were talking about abortion. She yelled at you. How are you going to tell her that you chose to save her instead of your kid? But it is your choice.

Kairi: I know my choice. I need to see y/n.

I left the room and found the doctor. He was in y/n's room.

Kairi: Hey. Can I talk to y/n? Or will she not talk back?

Doctor: I don't know, but either way I'll give you some privacy.

He left the room and I sat down next to her bed.

Kairi: Y/n... listen I don't know if you can hear me. But I'm so sorry. I have a really big decision to make, and I don't know what to do. I known what you would want.

I placed my hand on her baby bump. I felt a kick. I started to cry. I layed my head on the bed. After a couple minutes, Mattia walked in. He rubbed my back.

Mattia: I know this is hard. But eventually things will get better. You don't know for sure if you have to choose.

Y/n: Choose what?

Kairi: Y/n!

I kissed her lips. When I pulled away she looked very confused.

Y/n: Why are you crying?

Kairi: The doctor told me to choose...

Y/n: Choose what?

Kairi: To choose between you and Emelia.

Y/n: ...

Mattia: I'm going to get the doctor.

Y/n: I-i want you to save Emelia.

Kairi: I know... That is going to be my f-final c-choice.

I layed my head down next to y/n.

*y/n's POV*

Kairi told me he has to choose. I don't want another child in heaven. He knows his choice. I played with his hair. The doctor came in.

Doctor: I just need to run one test. Then I will have a final answer.

Y/n: Answer for what?

Doctor: If I can only save one. Right now it seems like I can only save one.

Y/n: .... Baby you already know what I want.

Kairi: I know, but how am I supposed to take over by myself? Raise a kid by myself?

Y/n: Kairi, you are the smartest man I know. You can do it. I'm sure Mr. Polibio and Mr. Romero would be willing to help you.

Kairi started crying. This hurt so much, but I can't live knowing that I lost another baby.

Kairi: If and when it comes down to you making a decision, save Emelia.
