Hiccup POV

After hearing the news, Jack sprang into action. He seemed a little offended that he hadn't been taken too but he put that aside to focus. He called a meeting with all of us. We were hopeless with no clues until one of Tooth's little fairies flew in. Jack went over to it and they began chatting like old friends.

"Baby Tooth saw who took them and it wasn't Pitch. It was a team of witches."

"Witches?" Rapunzel's eyes widened as she thought about her vial mother.

"I think I've heard about them before," Jack confessed. He disappeared into North's office and came back with a stack of files. "Ursula, Cruella and Maleficent." He handed one file to Elsa, one to Merida and one to me.

"The sea witch." Elsa read aloud. "Helps people but always with a price. That doesn't seem so bad."

"Flip the page." Elsa's eyes widened as she saw what the price was. She held it up and everyone else saw.

"She turns people into worms?" Anna narrowed her eyes, trying to understand what she was looking at.

"She's powerful," Jack warned as we looked to the next file.

"This one's not even a witch." Merida scoffed. "She's just a b-"

"She kills puppies?" Rapunzel shrieked, reading the document over Merida's shoulder.

"Who's left?" Eugene asked as everyone turned to me.

"Maleficent, mistress of evil."

"Well, that's charming." Kristoff groaned.

"We can take them. There's three of them and 8 of us." Merida slammed her file down on the table and began loading her quiver. "We faced an army of villains!"

"Yeah and you died, something I'd much prefer to not happen again." I crossed my arms and looked at her slowing her movements. She sighed and put her weapons down, turning to Jack and Elsa.

"So, what's our plan?"

"First we need to figure out where they are keeping them. They each have their own 'lairs' so my guess is they've been hiding out there. We need to stakeout the three locations. We will split up and each go see what we can find." Jack started explaining.

"One problem, Ursula lives underwater." Elsa pointed out. Jack wasn't overly fond of water due to his death by drowning but as Guardians we were able to function better underwater.

"North has collected a lot of things over the years, maybe he has something that could help us." I had spent some time exploring the guardian's collection.

"For now, we are just looking. We should be okay. Does anyone want to volunteer to check out Ursula's lair?"

The lights flickered and we all fell silent. Everyone stood on guard and Jack floated to the globe that was suddenly pulsing with light. He reached for it and the globe exploded. Water gushed out of it, flooding the room.

"You have no idea who you're dealing with." A voice echoed through the place and my heart was racing as I reached for Merida. She was loading up her bow and aiming at the sky. Strong winds joined the water until there was a hurricane in the middle of North's workshop. We all went flying in different directions and I was sent crashing through the wall. Elsa shot her hand towards the globe, freezing the oncoming stream.

"This is only the beginning." Another voice rang out. It sent chills down my spine.

"You don't stand a chance." A third voice, confirming our suspicions.

"We are just the beginning." They spoke in unison. Suddenly, the winds stopped and the voices disappeared. The entire workshop became painfully quiet. Elsa called out for Jack and tackled him when she realized he hadn't been taken. He held onto her and they sat in each other's embrace for a moment. Merida put away her bow and came to my side. She was checking me over to see if I was okay and it was almost weird to see this side of her.

"What are we going to do?" Punzie's voice cracked as she asked the question we were all thinking. We all turned to Jack. He looked at Elsa who's stare seemed to give him all of the confidence in the world.

"We're going to fight and get our friends back."
